As soon as Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced a six-day ‘COVID lockdown’, huge crowd gathered outside liquor shops to stock up their alcohol supplies. People in large numbers were seen outside liquor shops, letting social distancing go for a toss.
