COVID19 Surge: Odisha Orders Stiffer Penalty For Not Wearing Masks

Soon after Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik exhorted people to take a pledge to strictly wear masks for the next 14 days, the State government issued a directive ordering higher penalties for people not wearing masks.
