18 MBBS Students At VIMSAR Burla Fined For Ragging Juniors

The anti-ragging cell of Veer Surendra Sai Institute Of Medical Sciences and Research (VIMSAR), Burla in Sambalpur has slapped a penalty of Rs 54,000 on 18 students of fourth year on charges of ragging their junior students at the institute.
