Soon, her targets expanded to 5,000 boxes, then 10,000, and eventually far beyond. As of 16 February, Pim had officially crossed the 100,000 mark, a feat made possible with strong support from her family.

Her father, Luke Anorak-Neill, described his daughter as “literally unstoppable.” He shared that Pim has always embraced challenges, whether in school fundraisers or community drives. Through door-to-door visits, church outreach and local events, Pim personally asked supporters to back her campaign. The family even encouraged relatives to purchase cookies instead of giving Christmas presents.

Overcoming Barriers with Courage

Pim’s journey was not without hurdles. As a Daisy scout, the youngest level, she faced initial difficulties joining a troop due to her late birthday and disabilities. Her father recalled painful moments, including being told her presence would “hold a troop back.”
