New Delhi: After three open house discussions and debates, the Indian telecom regulator feels it would be able to furnish its recommendations on net neutrality to the government within a month.

"I think today's discussion was very fruitful. This is the third in the series of discussions that we had on net neutrality. The kind of responses that we have got, the vibrancy in the open house discussion," R.S. Sharma, Chairman, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) told reporters after the open house discussion here on Wednesday.
