Monday evening (Oct 11), a bike-borne youth was brutally attacked by over 10 armed miscreants at Kalinga Stadium square in Bhubaneswar.

The incident on the busy road occurred at a time when people across the Capital city are active with the festive shopping and the market places, as well as roads, are bustling with crowd and the Commissionerate Police was gearing up to impose night curfew in the Capital City after 8PM.
