As regards the benefit Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation would bestow on the citizens and the city by having a Woman Mayor, much depends on whether government would adopt the “business as usual” attitude or use the opportunity of utilizing the special leadership traits of a woman leader to the advantage of the citizenry and the city.
