All eyes were on the court decision after the 7-day stay of Tapaswini and Sumit at Aska guest house ended on Thursday. Hearing the Berhampur marital discord case, the SDJM Court has directed Sumit Sahu and his wife Tapaswini Das to stay together for another week in a rented accommodation.
Putting an end to the 10-day-long dharna of Tapaswini Dash outside her husband Sumit Sahu’s house in Berhampur, the SDJM court on Thursday directed the couple to stay together for 7 days.
Tapaswini Dash aka Dimple’s fight for justice continues. Post marital dispute with legally wedded husband Sumit Sahu, Dimple’s dharna outside in-laws’ house in Berhampur entered ninth day on Tuesday. The case is still pending with the SDJM Court. In its earlier hearing, the Court had reportedly asked Tapaswini to stay at Sakhi Centre till further notice.
The high drama following the marital dispute between Tapaswini Das and Sumit Sahu in Berhampur seems to be never ending. Tapaswini has been staging a dharna outside Sumit’s house for the last 5 days, and seeing this, members of several social organizations on Thursday (Nov 25) reached Berhampur to lend their support to her.
A high drama unfolded in Berhampur on Monday (November 22) after a man reportedly left his bride on their wedding day. As per reports, one Sumit Sahu was set to tie the nuptial knot with Dimple Dash in Brahma Nagar of the silk city. However, much to the shock of the bride’s family, the groom did not turn up at the wedding venue.
