COVID19 Third Wave Is Here’ | Top COVID, OMICRON Headlines
The Covid-19 cases in both Bhubaneswar and Cuttack are higher in comparison to other places, since both these are health hubs of the state. This information was given by Directorate of Medical Education and Teaching (DMET) Chief, CBK Mohanty on Friday (Sep17).
Emphasising on the importance of caution ahead of the third wave, chief of Odisha DMET (Directorate of Medical Education and Training) CBK Mohanty informed on Friday that children are more likely to get infected with COVID-19 as they are not vaccinated.
As many as 16 Lakh people are due to receive their second dose of Covid-19 vaccine in different districts of Odisha. This information was shared by Odisha Family Welfare Director, Bijay Panigrahi on Friday (August 27).
