On the eve of Rath Yatra, acclaimed sand artist and Padma Shri Sudarsan Pattnaik sculpted the biggest 3D sand art of Lord Jagannath's chariot (Nandighosa) at Puri sea beach in Odisha. The sand sculpture is 43.2 feet long and 35 feet wide.
Ocean in the background and a sculpture in sand was arguably the apt setting to celebrate the importance of today. Sand Artist SUDARSAN PATTNAIK created a sand sculpture at Puri Beach to mark the ‘WORLD OCEAN DAY’ today.
