Be it Deewana, Darr, Pardes, Kabhi Khusi Kabhie Gham, Devdas or Zero, SRK has several times broken his family rules to win the heart of his lady love in movies. However, in his real life, he has set a strict rule that Aryan is bound to follow.
Earlier, during a chat show, the Zero actor revealed that men are not allowed to be shirtless in front of female relatives at home. Shah told that he always tells his son to put on a T-shirt.
When asked why he has set such a rule which needs to be followed at his home, he said, "If you would feel uncomfortable seeing your mother, daughter, sister, women friends without their clothes on, why would you expect them to accept you shirtless?"
Further, he added, "It’s got nothing to do with having breasts or not, don't do something a girl can't do.”
Well, such a thought is certainly unique and surprising for many. If the rule is applicable for Aryan, then he also must be following the same and AbRam will soon follow his elder brother.
Generally, many boys and men feel free to remain shirtless at their homes. Either it is a boxer or shorts that they put on at home while chilling at home. Though some prefer putting on vests, only a few can be found with T- shirts or shirts while at home.
Be it for his smile with dimples, the iconic pose of extended hands or his stammering voice, King Khan has won the hearts of many in several ways. Now, the Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge actor may win more hearts with such an esteemed thought.
Currently, SRK is in the headlines as fans are celebrating his cameo appearance in Brahmastra: Part One- Shiva. Moreover, he is prepping up for a thumping comeback in the lead after cameo appearances in a few movies like Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, Laal Singh Chaddha and the latest Brahmastra.
SRK's upcoming movies in the lead include Pathaan, Jawan and Dunki. Meanwhile, he will also be seen in a cameo role in Salman Khan starrer Tiger 3.
While the emotional story plot with a humour blend touched the hearts of several movie lovers, the music tracks composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy still seem to melt the hearts. The songs enriched the story and above all, the title track 'Kal Ho Naa Ho' sung by Sonu Nigam certainly is one of the favourites of music lovers.
It is not just in India, Bollywood movies have admirers overseas as well. The same is applicable to Kal Ho Naa Ho which has by now reached its 19th year, and even after almost two decades, the craze among movie lovers remains afresh. A recent video proves that music has no barrier and the charm of Bollywood songs sprawls wide.
A video has emerged on social media that shows a troop of US Navy band's rendition of Kal Ho Naa Ho at a dinner hosted by the Secretary of the Navy while sailing on the Potomac River in Washington DC.
The video soon went viral on social media and netizens hailed the band as well as Bollywood Badshah SRK.

Apart from SRK, Saif and Preity, the spectacular performance of Jaya Bachchan and Reema Lagoo, and Sonali Bendre and Sanjay Kapoor, though in guest appearances, made it a must-watch movie enriching the drama.
Taking to his Instagram, Aryan shared a couple of pictures with his siblings - Suhana Khan and AbRam Khan. The first picture shows the three Khan siblings hugging each other. The second picture is a close up of Aryan and AbRam as they look into the camera. Captioning the pictures, Aryan wrote, "Hat-trick."
SRK commented under the pictures, "Why I don't have these pictures!!!!! Give them to me NOW!"
In October 2021, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raided a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai after which Aryan was arrested on the grounds of possession of banned narcotic drugs.
He had to spend three weeks in custody before he was granted bail by a Mumbai court.
The NCB gave Aryan a clean chit earlier this year after he was not named an accused in the charge sheet filed in the case.
Today on August 15, starting from the public figures to the common man, everyone hoisted the tricolour with respect and pride following the government's call for Har Ghar Tiranga initiative to commemorate the country's 75 years of independence.
Different social media platforms were flooded with pictures and videos in which people showcased their responsibility and patriotism with filled hearts.
Moreover, the government's 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign motivated all to unite and become a part of the festival of democracy.
Political leaders, sportspersons as well as actors pan-India posted their pictures and videos on social media to share about the moment of pride and patriotism with their followers and well-wishers.
Popular actors, enjoying fandom across the globe, like Shah Rukh Khan and Yash also shared pics and videos in which they were seen celebrating Independence Day with their families.
In the video shared on August 14, Bollywood actor SRK is seen with his sons, Aryan and AbRam, and wife Gauri hoisting the tricolour together. The caption for the video reads, "Teaching the young ones at home the essence and sacrifice of our Freedom Fighters for our country India, will still take a few more sittings. But getting the flag hoisted by the little one made us all FEEL the pride, love and happiness instantly."

On the other hand, Rocking Star Yash shared beautiful pictures of holding the national flags. While Yash is seen holding his son Yatharv up in his arms with a national flag, his wife Radhika Pandit carried their daughter Ayra along with the tricolour.
He captioned the post, "The unparalleled pride of watching our Tiranga - the embodiment of courage, truth, and progress - Soar High 🇮🇳 Here's wishing all my fellow Indians a Happy 76th Independence Day."

Though nothing seemed to be wrong and the actors along with their family portrayed their patriotism in their own style, SRK's approach didn't go well with some of the netizens.
Some Twitterites compared his style with that of Yash and brutally trolled the Bollywood actor.
While Yash and his family were seen barefoot while holding the tricolour, SRK and his family were seen with shoes.
One of the trollers captioned, "Difference between South and Bollywood"
While another wrote, " Different Between Bollywood & South Indian Actors "

This is not the first time that some of such trollers have been targeting Bollywood actors.
Earlier, as a part of movie promotions, Yash, Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Allu Arjun, Prabhas and several other south Indian actors were seen at temples to seek blessings of the Almighty for their project's success, and pictures of some Bollywood actors went viral in which they were seen partying and showing inappropriate/offending gestures publicly.
While fans are eagerly waiting to welcome the 'King of Romance' back in the theatres after a long gap, a video of SRK has surfaced on social media in which he is seen dancing. The most interesting thing about this video is Shah, loved for his on-screen dance, is performing the hook steps, which is quite hilarious.
Just like any other unprofessional, SRK is seen dancing to a Punjabi song with an open heart.
Fans went gaga for the video while their matinee idol is enjoying the Punjabi beats just like a kid.
While people are ready to set out to celebrate the end of the weekdays, fans have tagged the video as the perfect clip for Friday vibes.
The video is purportedly from the sets of Zero, when SRK is chilling with his crew during a break from shooting.
One fan said, "He is so graceful and cute dancing. Even like that his moves are perfect. Love to see him so happy, comfortable and free to be himself. Thank you for posting this.🤗❤"
Another said, "This is lovely..is this dance for a movie or just ShahRukh having fun ??"
On the other hand, several others showered with red heart emojis.

On the work front, SRK has two more flicks in the pipeline. Apart from Pathaan, the list of movies include Dunki and Jawan.
Meanwhile, SRK shared on Twitter that he has been working non-stop for a couple of days and needed a break.
"Been working the last few days non stop….so needed to indulge in my favourite past time….’the love of my own person’ & to pamper myself, will spend the day with Prabhuji / Thums up and #DARLINGS (this is not an endorsement, just ‘mees spoilingss mees on a days offs pleaj….’)," his post read.

— Shah Rukh Khan (@iamsrk) August 5, 2022
The 56-year-old superstar's fan club shared his BTS pictures from the sets, showing him looking dapper in an all-black ensemble, engaged in a conversation with the director, even as the rest of the crew mill around them.
'Dunki', which is slated to be released in theatres on December 22, 2023, and is being billed as an "emotional romantic comedy", is said to be about a Punjabi boy who emigrates to Canada.
Shah Rukh's wife Gauri Khan is also associated with the production of this film.
The star will also be seen in 'Pathaan' with Deepika Padukone and John Abraham and he has a film also lined up with Tamil director Atlee titled 'Jawan'.
Khan is producing "Darlings", the upcoming Netflix film, via his Red Chillies Entertainment along with lead star Alia Bhatt's banner Eternal Sunshine Productions.
Bhardwaj has composed the track which is penned by veteran lyricist-writer Gulzar. The duo are credited for creating hit songs for films such as "Maachis", "Maqbool", "Omkara" and "Kaminey'', among others.
"Shah Rukh called me one night around 12-12.30 am. He started singing the song on the phone. He sang the entire song. Then he started narrating the meaning of it... He said 'It would have been more fun had the song been for me'," the composer told reporters here.
It was heartening to be praised by Khan, said Bhardwaj.
"I felt so nice... He is the producer of the film. He listened to the song, called and appreciated it. This is what we, artistes, want in our lives. We only seek appreciation," he added.
The composer was speaking at the launch event of "La Ilaaj". Bhardwaj was joined by Bhatt, other "Darlings" cast members Shefali Shah, Vijay Varma, Roshan Mathew, film's director Jasmeet K Reen and producer and Red Chillies Entertainment COO Gaurav Verma.
Bhardwaj dedicated the song, the title of which means 'incurable', to his close friend and frequent collaborator Tabu. As a filmmaker, he has worked with the actor on "Maqbool", "Haider" and the upcoming Netflix film "Khufiya".
"She is 'la ilaaj' for me, I'm 'la ilaaj' for her. I can't work without her," he added.
Also an acclaimed director, Bhardwaj said he considers himself a music composer first. He started his career as a music director with films such as "Maachis" and "Satya", and went on to make his directorial debut with "Makdee" in 2002.
"I became a director so that I can employ myself as a music composer. Otherwise no one was taking me," he said.
"Darlings", a Mumbai-set dark comedy, will stream on Netflix from Friday.
Don, the action-thriller flick written by Salim-Javed and directed by Chandra Barot went on to break several records of its time. The movie has so far been remade multiple times in different languages including Hindi. Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan stepped into the shoes of Millennium Star (Big B) and the real Don in 2006.
Though the story plot of SRK's 'Don: The Chase Begins Again' saw a bit of twist, everything almost remained the same including the blockbuster songs like 'Mein Hoon Don', 'Khaike Paan Banaras Wala' and 'Yeh Mera Dil.' However, Big B still holds the trademark of being the 'real Don' of the Indian Cine Industry.
A few days back, Big B got nostalgic as his movie completed 44 years. He shared a pic showing a crowded theatre and captioned it, "Advance booking of my film DON .. ! And they said .. THEY .. that the queues were a mile long 🥺 .... released in 1978 .. 44 years !!
Later, on June 19, Big B shared another picture in which he is seen giving his autograph on his Don poster while SRK is seen kneeling beside him. He captioned the pic, "…. and … errr … continuing in the same vein .. DON."
Following that, rumours have sparked that both the dons will be seen together in the third installment of the Don franchise. While fans are highly anticipating to watch both the Dons together, a report published in E Times suggests that both will share screen space in Don 3.
SRK's Don, directed by Farhan Akhtar had a sequel in 2011 - 'Don 2: The King Is Back'. Meanwhile, certain reports have confirmed that Excel Entertainment is planning the third installment of its Don franchise and the makers have already initiated writing the script for the flick.
However, there is no confirmation regarding Don 3 or Big B and SRK coming together in it. Fans need to wait for an official confirmation from either the makers or the Bollywood 'Dons.'
The fuelled rumour certainly has raised the hopes of movie lovers and fans of both the B Town biggies. If the buzz is anything to go by, this won't be the first time that audience will see both the actors together.
It is worthwhile to mention that if the duo shares screen space in Don, this won't be the first. The audience has already seen both multiple times onscreen in movies like Mohabbatein, Kabhi Khusi Kabhi Gham, Veer Zaara, Paheli and Kabhi Alvida Na Kehena.
Fans of the duo have celebrated their onscreen presence and so will be repeated in Don 3.
However, if the makers have only plans of the mere presence of Big B in Don 3, it won't enthrall the audience. The Jhund actor must reprise his role as Don and SRK needs to reprise his Don. While SRK continues as the Don, Big B in Don, who is Vijay in real, might come across a situation where he is forced to take a 'u turn' and become the Don for everyone's good. If the duo lock horns to claim the title, it would definitely be a treat for the fans.
The Pink actor doesn't need to prove his potential as even at this age of 79 years old, Big B has been carrying several movies on his shoulders. His recent movies like Jhund, Thugs Of Hindostan, Pink, Paa, and Buddha Hoga Tera Baap are enough to prove that still, the 79-year-old actor throws challenges to the next-gen actors.
Big B's don has left a rich legacy. His blockbuster movie inspired several South Indian remakes. The first was remade as Yugandhar in Telugu in 1979 starring NTR in the lead. The next year, it was remade in Tamil as Billa which starred Rajinikanth. It emerged as a breakthrough film for the Tamil actor after which he was counted among the top Tamil actors.
Later, the movie was remade in 1986 in Malayalam as Shobaraj starring Mohanlal. Even a Pakistani movie was remade in Punjabi language titled Cobra.
Following that, SRK came up with the same title in 2006 and it was also remade in Telugu titled Billa starring Prabhas. Tamil star Ajith also remade the movie in 2007 with Billa as the title. Later, both SRK and Ajith came up with sequels to their movies.
Shah Rukh rarely misses out any chance to interact with his fans and paparazzi. However, recently the superstar has been avoiding paparazzi and this continued in Hyderabad also where he is currently shooting for Jawan.
Reportedly, SRK doesn't want to reveal his look for Jawan and has been hiding his look. The Raees star was spotted at Hyderabad airport recently with director Atlee. The actor was seen hiding his face with a mask and a hoodie. Notably, this is not the first time when the superstar has tried to hide his look. Earlier, he was spotted in Mumbai wearing a hoodie and even carrying an umbrella to hide his face.
Jawan was officially announced a few days ago in which the actor was seen in a never seen before look. Sharing the teaser, “It’s a special @redchilliesent project that has seen its wait because of inevitable issues surrounding us.But a few good men worked hard & made it happen. Want to thank @_gauravverma the Co-Producer, @atlee47 and their Jawans for making this dream come to life. Now… Good to go Chief…!”

Helmed by Altee Jawan is slated to release on 2nd June 2023 in five languages making it Shah Rukh Khan’s first Pan India film.
However, the loyal fan base of the Tamil actor still have pinned high hopes on Vijay's upcoming flicks.
While South actors are foraying into Bollywood with pan-India projects, Vijay yet hasn't stepped into the Hindi film industry apart from a special appearance in a song from Salman Khan's 'Wanted'. However, it seems, the long-standing desires of fans of Thalapathy from north India will get fulfilled soon.
As per the latest buzz in the industry, Thalapathy will be seen alongside Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan in one of his upcoming flicks. Bollywood Badshah recently made an announcement about teaming up with filmmaker Atlee for an action movie titled 'Jawan'.

Filmmaker Atlee is known for helming a string of successful blockbuster flicks in the south like Raja Rani, Theri, Mersal and Bigil to name a few. Even, the South film director shares a good bond with Thalapathy and as the helmer is foraying into Bollywood with Jawan, many are speculating that the director would bring Thalapathy on board in a cameo or special appearance. Even the chances seems to be on the brighter side.
With Jawan, SRK targets to release the movie pan-India in multiple languages. Moreover, fans will be quite excited to see Thalapathy with the Baadshah. Fans need to wait for an official announcement from the makers regarding the inclusion of Thalapathy.
Jawan will arrive in theatres on 2 June 2023 and the first look of SRK has left his fans in a frenzy moment.

Fans are quite excited about 'Thalapathy 66' in which the actor will be once again seen with Rashmika Mandanna. The latest buzz in town suggests that the team is planning to launch the title and first look poster of the flick on June 22, which also marks the birthday of Thalapathy.
The movie has reportedly completed two schedules of filming in Chennai and Hyderabad. The movie is a family drama helmed by Telugu director Vamshi Paidipally and is bankrolled by Dil Raju's Sri Venkateswara Creations.
Apart from that, Vijay also has again teamed up with the Master team for the tentatively titled project- Thalapathy67. Lokesh Kanagaraj will helm the movie while more updates regarding the movie are yet to be obtained.
Even, Atlee and Thalapathy will once again come up with another project once the director is done with SRK's Jawan, sources revealed.
While social media is abuzz about the 'sinking boat of Bollywood', the spat between a few actors from both regional film industries and Bollywood fuelled up the controversy. It seems the upcoming days will witness a massive changeover in the Indian film industry.
After Akshay Kumar's public apology and Ajay Devgn's defence on his "personal choice" of starring in a tobacco brand's elaichi product ad, an IAS officer from West Bengal has come down heavily on actors like SRK, Ajay and Amitabh Bachchan.
IAS officer Awanish Sharan took to Twitter and shared a picture of one of the pillars of the iconic Howrah Bridge. He wrote in his tweet, "Kolkata Port Trust has said saliva laced with gutkha is corroding the iconic 70-year-old bridge. The Howrah Bridge is under attack from gutkha-chewers."

The sale of gutkha or paan masala (both tobacco products) is completely banned in West Bengal as per a notification by West Bengal's health department.
The notification dated October 26, 2021, issued under the signature of Tapan K Rudra, commissioner of food safety, West Bengal, read, "As per regulation 2.3.4 of the Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition and Restrictions on Sales) Regulations 2011 made by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, in the exercise of powers conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (2) of section 92 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (Central Act 34 of 2006) read with section 26 thereof, prohibits sale of articles of food in which tobacco and/or nicotine are used as ingredients, as they may be injurious to health."
The IAS officer also tagged actors Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn and Amitabh Bachchan.
The pony-tailed senior Khan sporting dark shades and a black facemask over a grey half-sleeved T-shirt was virtually mobbed by the paparazzi and the hordes of policemen as he entered the menacing barred gates of the ARCJ in the congested south Mumbai.
Accompanied by a couple of their lawyers, the father-son duo met ahead of Aryan Khan's bail plea, which is likely to come up before the Bombay High Court later in the day.
However, despite a volley of media queries, Khan moved around with folded hands but without response, as he emerged after a 10-minute tete-a-tete with Aryan.
This is the second meeting between King Khan and the cub, who has spent 20 nights away from the family den, the posh 'Mannat' in Bandra, after he was detained by NCB on October 2, arrested on October 3, and has remained in continuous custody till date, shocking Bollywood circles and their fans.
Earlier, a couple of days after his arrest, Khan had taken permission of the NCB to meet him briefly in the agency's lockup, when Aryan was in tears over his predicament.
At one point, mother Gauri Khan had landed up at the NCB lockup carrying packets of pizzas for her son, but was not permitted and returned with the parcel.
The two prolific actors have come together for Tamil director Atlee's next project. While no official confirmation has come from either the stars or the director, the pictures have gone viral on social media. As per speculations, an action scene was being shot when the two were captured by the shutterbugs.
As per reports, the team will have a 10-day shooting schedule in Pune. The film is said to have a great cast, which includes Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover and Priyamani. Telugu actor Rana Daggubati is also expected to join them later in the shoot. This film marks the first collaboration of Atlee with Shah Rukh, who will also be seen in YRF's 'Pathan'.
Superstar Shah Rukh Khan has apologised for the "lack of spirit" after his team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) lost the match to Mumbai Indians at the ongoing Indian Premier League.
Shah Rukh, who co-owns the team with actress Juhi Chawla and her spouse Jay Mehta, on Wednesday night took to Twitter to apologise to KKR fans.
"Sports is about the spirit and wins/losses don't reflect that. But tonight as the 'Boss' I need to apologise to the fans for the lack of spirit," he wrote.
On the acting front, Shah Rukh is currently busy with Anand L. Rai's "Zero", where he will be seen playing a dwarf. The film also features actresses Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif.

IMDb on Tuesday unveiled the '2018 Top 10 Stars of Indian Cinema' list. The list was derived using data from IMDbPro STARmeter rankings, which are based on the actual page views of more than 250 million monthly visitors to the platform, read a statement.
Superstar Shah Rukh Khan earned the second spot, which was followed by Aamir Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Kubbra Sait, Irrfan Khan, Radhika Apte and Akshay Kumar.
"Deepika Padukone's strong performance in this year's 'Padmaavat' pushed her into the top spot on the 2018 IMDb Top Stars of Indian Cinema list," said Neha Gureja, Head of International for IMDb.
"Radhika Apte delighted audiences this year, appearing in two of the IMDb Top Indian Movies of 2018 - 'AndhaDhun' (which ranked number 1) and 'Padman' (ranked number 6). Akshay Kumar, the bold protagonist in 'Padman' rounds out the Top Stars list at number 10," she added.
The hugely popular actor, addressing the opening ceremony at the Netaji Indoor Stadium, said he was invited to film festivals either to dance or say some nice words welcoming people, and not for any intellectual deliberations.
"I have done 70 films so far, but the only reason film festivals call me is either to dance or come and just speak about welcoming the delegates, and being nice to people, and not do anything intellectual.
"Reason for that is I am not very intelligent. And I am not very smart," he said, in an apparently zestful tone while speaking at the opening ceremony of the country's second oldest film festival attended by a crowd of over ten thousand.
However, SRK said, he has become "smarter" and more "intellectual" after getting to know Kolkata while spearheading the Indian Premier League side Kolkata Knight Riders for 12 years.
"And the 12 years that I have been in Kolkata with a cricket team, Kolkata Knight Riders, I am becoming smarter. And I am becoming much more intellectual, spending time in Bengal, with all the wonderful stalwarts of cinema, and all the people I keep meeting.
"So, maybe, in the next ten years, there will come a time, when one of my film will get selected for an international festival of this kind of rating. It's really unfortunate and sad, I have never got a national award," he said, soon after receiving a crystal trophy from the organisers of the KIFF.
"The only award is what I got today, that KIFF, that Mamatadi (West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee) so sweetly gave me. It's a special crystal award," he said, to a tumultuous applause, as Banerjee seemed visibly pleased.
Khan then sought Banerjee's permission to "behave a little cheaply" and screen the trailer of 'Zero'.
"So I want to seek Mamatadi's permission and behave a little cheaply, if that's all right, because if you have a younger brother like me, there is full freedom to behave as you wish to.
"So I know that none of my films will be ever, ever, ever, ever, ever played in a festival. They don't deserve too, maybe. But I have got a trailer of my film 'Zero', so I want to request Mamatadi."
The bollywood Badsshah then switched to a cocktail of Bengali and Hindi.
"Mamatadi hamaar film to na bhalobasi, (Mamata di, my fllm may not be loved), accha nehin hai mera picture, mera picture festival me ayaege anhin, mere ko trailer dekhane ka permission hain, do tin minute, dekhaun? (my films are not good, my films will not be screened in festivals, can I have your permission to show the trailer for two-three minutes)?
The trailer was greeted with huge cheers and shouts of "Shah Rukh, Shah Rukh" from the film buffs.
SRK also playfully pulled Banerjee's leg, by referring to Mumbai Film superstar Amitabh Bachchan - seated in the dais - being asked to inaugurate the festival year after year and deliver the keynote speech.
"Mamata di is extremely smart and beautiful. What she has done is she made sure that the biggest two jobs should be given to the great Mr Amitabh Bachchan, and myself.
"But the intelligent job of coming and talking here and making a point that makes the festival come alive, she has kept it to Mr Bachchan. And the tomfoolery she has left to me.
"The last time she told me, tum baas Bangla sikhke aa jao, do char line bolo, aur ghar chale jao (the last time she told me, you learn some Bengali, say two-three lines, and go home)".
Shah Rukh was in the capital for the Asian Para Games 2018 on Wednesday. The event saw the presence of over 190 para athletes including Deepa Malik, the first Indian woman to win a medal in the Paralympic Games and Para high jumper Varun Bhatti.
The "Chennai Express" star shared few photographs from the event and captioned: "Thanks to the Paralympic Committee of India... to allow me to get inspired by the Paralympic contingent of boys and girls. Learnt the lesson of celebrating incompleteness with grit and courage. Jao and Chak Doh Phatte! Love and best wishes to all of you."
On the work front, Shah Rukh is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film "Zero", which stars Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif.
The two stars, who have earlier worked in films like "Karan Arjun", "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai" and "Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam", share a warm camaraderie in the teaser, which will be attached to Salman's Eid release "Race 3".
Shah Rukh enters a stadium, followed by Salman. They are seen dancing together as a voice in the background says: "Dono bhaiyon ke taraf se saare Hindustan ko Eid mubarak. (Here's wishing Eid mubarak to the whole of India from the two brothers)."
Rai, who has directed Shah Rukh-starrer "Zero", said in a statement: "Like all Indians, I am also a festival lover. All the festivals in fact. The energy, vibrancy and brotherhood they bring with them makes me joyful and happy. It's with the same joy that we have made 'Zero'.
"The film is truly a celebration of many things and this Eid we had the opportunity to celebrate this day with the two Khans who have given us so many reasons to smile over the decades. Honestly for me, more than a teaser or a glimpse of the film, I just wanted to share this feeling with my audience. And for a director his feeling is his film. I wish all a happy Eid and seek their best wishes."
"Zero" is a story that celebrates life. Its first look featured Shah Rukh as a vertically challenged man piquing the interests of the audience to witness the unusual tale. The makers had shared the first teaser of the movie this New Year and continuing the tradition of giving the audience a festive treat, the second teaser was launched on Eid to give fans another glimpse of this year's Christmas release.
Red Chillies Entertainment and Colour Yellow Productions have joined hands for "Zero", produced by Gauri Khan. The movie, releasing on December 21, also features Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif.
Shah Rukh, who was sporting a tuxedo paired with dark sunglasses and completed his look with gelled hair, took to Twitter, where he shared a video and captioned it: "This didn't go as planned... But on a lazy Sunday afternoon, with my limited floatation expertise, this is the best I could do! Judge nahi karna, feel karna (don't judge, just feel). Thanks."
Before jumping into the pool, Shah Rukh said: "Hi guys, this is me and I thought every time we reach a big number... I should always do something special for you but normally I do not get the time. But today I have got the time so I gelled my hair back, wore my coolest dark glasses and I am even wearing a bow tie.
"A full tuxedo and today I want to give the most overwhelming loving message that I've given you in the last decade. So listen to it carefully because this is very heartfelt."
After he dived into the pool, popular dialogues said by the star from his over two decade-long journey, played in the background, like "pyaar dosti hai" and "bade bade deshon mein aisi choti choti baatein hoti rehti hai".
Once he came out of the pool, the "Raees" star said: "I hope you heard every word I said it was right from my heart and so overwhelming that I am running out of breath and where are my glasses. Lots of love to you all."
Once the video got over, the caption came: "Thank you 33 million".
Shah Rukh is an avid user of social media platforms.
On the work front, he is busy shooting for Aanand L Rai's "Zero", which also features Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma.
Scheduled to release in December, "Zero" will feature Shah Rukh in a dwarf avatar.

(Good wishes to all for the New Year. Please stay happy and thank you for the 32 million. Written in Hindi, so became like a poet.)"
The 52-year-old superstar, who has a following of 32.2 million, is right behind megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who has a Twitter following of 32.4 million. Shah Rukh if Bollywood's Khan with the most number of followers on Twitter -- Salman has 29.9 million and Aamir has 22.6 million.
Shah Rukh is an avid user of digital platforms uses social media to update fans and followers about his life and projects. On the first day of the New Year on Monday, he unveiled the title and teaser of his upcoming film with Aanand L Rai.
In the film titled "Zero", Shah Rukh will be seen playing a dwarf. It also stars actresses Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif.
"Zero" is slated to hit the screens on December 21.
A statement issued on behalf of Shah Rukh's home banner Red Chillies Entertainment Pvt Ltd said they will take the matter up with the authorities concerned.
"Red chillies Vfx is a tenant and not the owner of the property mentioned. The building has an open area outside with seating which employees use for eating food that they get from home. It is not an operational canteen.
"The part which the BMC has demolished are the energy saving solar panels which provide clean energy to the entire Vfx building. Red Chillies Vfx is taking this up with the concerned authorities at the BMC," the statement read.
Officials at the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) could not be immediately reached for a comment.
Shah Rukh took to Twitter on Monday to share the photograph with his "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai" co-stars.
"Some nights the stars with you shine brighter than the ones in the sky. Thank you ladies for your graciousness beauty and love," SRK posted on Monday.
He also posted another image in which he is seen posing with his leading ladies Sridevi, Alia Bhatt and Karisma Kapoor
With films like "Baazigar", "Karan Arjun", "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge", "Duplicate" and "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai" in the 1990s to entertainers like "Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham…", "My Name Is Khan" and "Diwale" -- Kajol and SRK are one of Bollywood's most beloved onscreen couples.
SRK starred with Sridevi in "Army", and romanced Rani in films like "Chalte Chalte", "Paheli" and "Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna".
The 51-year-old actor worked with Karisma in "Dil To Pagal Hai" and "Shakti: The Power". He shared screen space with Alia in Gauri Shinde's "Dear Zindagi".
On the film front, the actor is busy with Aanand L Rai's next. The movie is yet untitled, but it will reunite Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma with Shah Rukh after "Jab Tak Hai Jaan".
The visit came after the 94-year-old returned home following a week long stay at the Lilavati Hospital here for kidney related problems.
The veteran actor's wife Saira Bano on Tuesday took to Twitter to share a string of photographs of Shah Rukh Khan and Dilip Kumar.
In one of the photographs the "Dear Zindagi" star is seen kissing Dilip Kumar's forehead.
"Message from Saira Banu: Sahab's mooh bola beta (son) Shah Rukh Khan visited Sahab today. Sharing some photos of the evening," the caption said.
His wife also said Dilip Kumar was "doing much better".
"Shah Rukh Khan visited Sahab this evening. Sahab's doing much better since (he) returned from the hospital. Shukar Allah."
Dilip Kumar was admitted to the hospital on August 2 following dehydration and urinary tract infection.
Last seen on the big screen in "Qila" in 1998, the actor was honoured with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 1994 and the Padma Vibhushan in 2015.
He is known for films like "Devdas", "Mughal-e-Azam" and "Karma".
After months of speculation, it was officially revealed by Shah Rukh, Anushka and Imtiaz through their social media handles late on Thursday night that the movie is titled "Jab Harry Met Sejal" -- an obvious take on the Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal.
Interestingly, the title is also reminiscent of Imtiaz's superhit movie "Jab We Met".
The romantic drama, widely shot in Prague, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Budapest, marks the third time that the two actors have been paired after "Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi" and "Jab Tak Hai Jaan".
The first glimpses reflect a positive vibe with Shah Rukh and Anushka portrayed at their jovial best.
Taking this positivity forward, Shah Rukh, who is also presenting the movie under his Red Chillies Entertainments banner, decided it would be best for the films to release a week apart, the sources close to the film told IANS.
"Seeking your love," Imtiaz posted for fans on Facebook, alongside the film's first two looks which carry the tagline -- "What you seek is seeking you".
As a date, August 4 will allow "Jab Harry Met Sejal" to cash in on a long weekend given that Rakshabandhan falls on August 7 -- a Monday -- this year. There will also be an Independence Day holiday in the subsequent week.
Additionally, both films will get their own audiences -- setting a precedent for the industry where clashes of big films has been resulting in divided and damaged revenues, the sources added.
Shah Rukh's own movie "Raees" clashed with "Kaabil" earlier this year, but emerged the front runner.
"There is a lot of excitement in Red Chillies for this project. Since there would be a lot of research and prep involved, the production team has already started work on the same," a source in the know of developments told IANS.
Set to go on the floors later this year, it will be shot on real locations in Africa, the source said, adding: "While the director and cast are being finalised, preparations are underway to get this mammoth project rolling."
The film's script is being developed in association with Azure Entertainment.
The project is specially close to Shah Rukh's heart, who started his acting career with a role as any army person in "Fauji". According to the source, the actor is personally very upbeat about this project, which is likely to be the banner's most expensive project.
The celebs, including Priyanka Chopra and director Ayan Mukerji, joined the lively and colourful 'baraat', which also saw the groom's parents -- Mukesh and Nita Ambani -- as well as sister Isha Ambani groove.
While Isha sported a pastel pink lehenga, Nita was dressed in a heavily-embroidered lehenga.
The groom looked dapper in a soft pink, intricately embroidered and sequinned sherwani, and seemed to be enjoying the wedding procession to the hilt.
The wedding venue -- the Jio World Centre, Bandra-Kurla Complex here -- was decked up with elaborate floral arrangements set according to a garden theme complete with a faux waterfall, floral figurines, a fountain and a grand stage with a huge Krishna idol done up in flowers.
Live music added to the festivities at the wedding gala, which saw the Who's Who of the cinema, political, business and sports world.
Former UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and his wife Cherie Blair came in for the celebrations.
From the business sector, names like Anil Ambani, Ratan Tata, Lakshmi Niwas Mittal and Usha Mittal, Anand Mahindra and Gautam Singhania were in attendance.
Google CEO Sundar Pichai and Microsoft head honcho Satya Nadella too came for the celebrations, as did politicians like Praful Patel and H. D. Deve Gowda.
As for the film world, Rajinikanth, Gauri Khan, Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao, Farah Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Sidharth Malhotra, Shabana Azmi, Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan were present.
Among the sportspersons, there was Krunal Pandya, Hardik Pandya, Zaheer Khan, Ajinkya Rahane, and Sri Lankan cricket legend Mahela Jayawardene.
After the wedding, a celebration night will be held on Sunday, followed by a reception on Monday.
The marriage was preceded by days of celebrations, which began with a 'dandiya' night last month, and moved into a three-day gala in St. Moritz in Switzerland.
He took the virtual route to express his love for the Indian superstar. The official Twitter handle of the band posted a note, with a line: "Shah Rukh Khan forever".
"Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing ok. Better than ok actually. Here is some music I love at the moment," he started, and then went to share the songs on his mind "Tal uno" by Barrie, "Dwa Serduszka" by Mazowsze, "A new beginning" by John Williams from the "Minority Report" and "Batard" by Stromae.
"Ok enough tweeting for one month. Shah Rukh Khan forever. Love," he added.

Recently, SRK was seen grooving on Coldplay's music at Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta's pre-wedding bash at St. Moritz. Indian actress Sonam A Kapoor also featured in video of "Hymn for the weekend". In 2016, the band performed in India at the Global Citizen Festival, and Shah Rukh hosted an after-party at his home after the Coldplay concert.
Shah Rukh and Gauri won the Most Stylish Couple Award here at an event. She later took to Instagram to celebrate the win. She shared her favourite moments from the award night and treated fans to a "little secret" about the "Chennai Express" star.
On who takes longer to get dressed for an event, she said in her acceptance speech: "For someone who's claiming that he has got nothing to do with style, I just have to tell you a little secret - whenever we are going out or stepping out for a party, I am usually out in 20 mins, ready and perfectly on time, and he takes may be two or three hours."
She added: "So, tonight I made a special effort and I took two-three hours and I think he took six."
Before Gauri could go on, SRK quickly took the microphone and said: "And I think you are looking very stunning!"
Shah Rukh married Gauri in 1991 and the couple are parents to three children - Abram, Suhana and Aryan.
He passed away on Wednesday night due to age-related issues, Ritambhara, one of his daughters, told IANS.
"My father died at 10.10 p.m. yesterday. He was in a hospital for sometime, but his death was very sudden. He was otherwise in good health... He went quite peacefully," Ritambhara, one of his three daughters, said over phone.
A Facebook post from Kapoor's family read: "This is to inform you that our beloved dad, Raj Kumar Kapoor, has left his earthly body to go on a brand new adventure."
Kapoor was cremated here on Thursday.
He retired from the army after he became a disciple of Osho and moved to Mumbai to work in films. He produced many serials and acted in full-length and ad films. Just a few years ago, he published a novel "When Shiva Smiles".
In Samar Khan's book titled "SRK - 25 Years of a Life", Kapoor had penned an essay. He had shared his thoughts on being known as "the man who made 'Fauji' and therefore, by default, made Shah Rukh Khan".
"I've been an actor, I've fought three wars, but all that anybody seems to remember is that I launched Shah Rukh 20 years ago. It amuses me to think that I'm given credit for something I played no part in. Shah Rukh's parents made him, I didn't. I didn't make a superstar; I simply chose the right man for a job I had. What happened before or after that in his life has nothing to do with me," he wrote.

A photograph of Suhana has been doing the rounds on Internet in which she is seen posing with one of her friends in a selfie. The 18-year-old looks simple but stylish in a tube dress.
Suhana is currently pursuing her studies in London. She has become one of the most followed star kids on social media. Like others, she has several fan pages on Instagram and Twitter and this latest photograph is going viral on her fan pages.
Not only of social media users, she is the paparrazi's favourite too. Recently, she got clicked giggling and laughing with her friend and actress Ananya Panday, who is making her debut in Bollywood with "Student of The Year 2".
Last year, Suhana got featured on Vogue India's August edition. It had created a buzz on social media, with people wondering what she had done to be on the cover of a renowned magazine.
"Unfortunately, 'Zero' itself wasn't received too well back home in India. Maybe I made the wrong film, maybe I did not do the right storytelling so I am a little wary how it will be received here and I hope people here will like it," Shah Rukh, who has been receiving a lot of love here, said in an interview to China Global Television Network (CGTN).
Shah Rukh's "Zero" has been selected as the closing film of the Beijing International Film Festival 2019. The fest will close on April 20.
The 2018 film features SRK as a person with dwarfism in a love triangle with a scientist with cerebral palsy (actress Anushka Sharma) and a famous actress (Katrina Kaif). The actors were lauded for their performances. Despite a strong buzz and an ensemble cast, the film turned out to be a damp squib at the box office.
Looking back, he said: "When it went wrong, I felt bad. That it got rejected by so many people... when you make a film like that for three years and it goes wrong... you get not depressed or anything but...I didn't want to see it. I am going to see it after three months. Maybe I will be able to figure out when I am away what went wrong with it."
What's his next project?
"I haven't decided what I will do next. I thought I will take a few months off and try and work on what I want to do because it's very important for me to be most excited about it. I have worked for 30 years, I work 16 hours a day, so if it doesn't excite you in the morning, you should not wake up.
"At my stage, when I have worked in over 80 films, have done some satisfactory roles and have made a career out of what I do, I should be like I don't want to get up and go if it's not going to be an absolutely, stunning, scintillating and exciting day as an actor. So, right now I don't have anything that's stunning, scintillating and exciting, If I will have it, I will start working on it."
Shah Rukh was overwhelmed to get a "warm and happy welcome", as he tweeted "I am red all over".
"When I walked out, suddenly they screamed... and for a moment I thought they were doing it for something else or someone else. Now I have gotten to know that they were from Xinjiang," he said in the interview.
The actor, who owns a production house, feels "Indians should have a homegrown superhero".
"Like Iron Man or Batman. Maybe we could do a film about Indian and Chinese superheroes… it will be really nice," he said, going on to express his interest in acting in a Chinese movie only if he learnt Mandarin.
The actor feels cinema is a modern culture about telling stories and "storytelling and any art form is going to break barriers".
"I know Chris Martin. But sometimes I don't understand his accent, but I like his music. These things enhance people-to-people culture. Language of art is beyond semantics and grammar."
"Yash Raj heroine tutorial: Fake switzerland in Madh Island. Fake snow in 34 degrees heat. Fake wind. One 'Mohabbatein' song. But one real filmy girl! Couldn't stop laughing after this shot," Parineeti posted on Instagram on Tuesday.

She posted this with a video in which she is seen shooting in a bright green sari with a sleeveless blouse, and she sways to the theme of YRF's "Mohabattein". The set up reminds of some iconic shots out of Yash Chopra movies.
According to a source, the shoot was for a brand endorsement.
Though the actors have been making special appearances in each other's films since many years, they were never offered full fledged roles since past 17 years. The duo was also seen together in 2002 in 'Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam' but Salman's role was just like a cameo.
Director Ali Abbas Zafar recently told a website that he would love to cast both the actors together and they would also agree to the same but for that, a strong script is needed. He further said that he might just write a script for both of them. As the stars happen to have a strong friendship, it is very likely that they will agree to such a script, said Ali.
Salman and Shah Rukh have been friends since long. From promoting each other's films to making special appearances, they have been constantly proving good rapport between them.
Recently, when Salman Khan released the trailer of Bharat and Shah Rukh was among the first ones to laud it. He tweeted, "Kya baat hai bhai!! Bahut khoob."

On the work front, Ali Abbas Zafar is busy promoting, 'Bharat', which is an official remake of Korean film 'An Ode To My Father' which also stars Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani and Jackie Shroff.
'Bharat' is set to hit the screens on June 5.
"I've watched David Letterman's late-night talk show for years and I'm a huge fan of his style of interviewing. I'm thrilled, and honoured to share my story with him.
"That this is on Netflix is even more special - I'm working with the team on various projects and it's always been exciting partnering with them," Shah Rukh, who will make his appearance on Letterman's show "My Next Guest Needs No Introduction", said in a statement issued on Friday.
Shah Rukh took to Twitter, where he shared a photograph of himself along with Letterman. He thanked the talk show host for making him feel like himself.
"No more footprints... this is The Abominable Snowman!! Before Batman and Spiderman, there is Mr. Letterman thanks for your generosity. Had too much fun being interviewed. Not because it was about me but because you were kind enough to make me feel I can be me. You are an inspiration sir," he captioned the image.

The show will be presented as a stand alone special on Netflix and combines two interests for which Letterman is known for -- in-depth conversations with extraordinary people, and in-the-field segments expressing his curiosity and humour.
After interviewing SRK in front of a live audience, Letterman said: "The best part of this job that Netflix has been happy to provide for me is to meet people. And after each one of these sessions I think to myself, it is a very smart, very lovely person from whom I have learned things. You would maybe be at the top of that list."
He has hosted the first season of the series featuring names such as former US President Barack Obama, actor George Clooney, Pakistan Nobel Laureate Malala Yousafzai, hip-hop star Jay-Z, actress Tina Fey and radio producer Howard Stern.
The second season will include conversations between Letterman and Kanye West, Ellen Degeneres, Tiffany Haddish, Lewis Hamilton and Melinda Gates.
Rajkummar on Friday took to Instagram and shared a video in which he along with his lady love and actress Patralekhaa are seen imitating the climax scene from Aditya Chopra's "Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge", in which Shah Rukh waits for Kajol to seek permission from her father (Amrish Puri) to go with the love of her life and then he helps her to get onto the train.
Dressed in a white casual t-shirt, Patralekhaa is seen running towards Rajkummar, who mimicked SRK and late actor Amrish Puri in the video.
While mimicking SRK, The "Shahid" actor also recited famous dialogues from the movie.
"Bade bade shehron mein aisi choti choti baatein hoti rehti hain Senorita," Rajkummar said.
Along with the video, he wrote: "Things we do in London. Fun mode on. When we recreate one of our favourite scenes from one of our favourite films. 'DDLJ'. Patralekhaa as Simran, Raj as Raj and Raj as bauji."
A few months ago, Rajkummar got a chance to shake a leg with Shah Rukh at the Filmfare Awards 2019. He grooved with him on his famous song "Chaiyya Chaiyya".
After his performance with SRK, he took to Twitter and tweeted: "I got the opportunity to perform with my idol Shah Rukh Khan. I love you sir. One must believe and work hard towards their dreams because they do come true."
"Dear Baazigar, don't 'Chuck' De helmet. Wear one when on a bike Jab Tak Hai Jaan. Congratulations on completing 27 years! See you soon, my friend," Tendulkar tweeted on Saturday, in response to the video which Shah Rukh had posted on June 25.

Congratulations on completing 27 years! See you soon, my friend.— Sachin Tendulkar (@sachin_rt) June 29, 2019
Shah Rukh then wrote to Sachin: "My friend, helmet pehenkar, on drive.. off drive and straight drive karna aap se zyaada behtar kaun sikha sakta hai! Will tell my grandchildren, I got my 'driving' lessons from the great Sachin himself. See you soon over some fish curry. Thank you."
Most definitely Shahrukh, let’s plan a dinner after the World Cup. We can celebrate Suhana’s graduation and hopefully India’s win. ?
— Sachin Tendulkar (@sachin_rt) June 29, 2019
In the video, SRK had recreated his entry scene on a bike, from his maiden film "Deewana".
While he thanked his fans for "bearing" with him for so many years and for letting him "ride" into their hearts, he also urged people to ride safely.
"It's a coincidence that my friends from a motorcycle company have sent me two motorcycles to try out the stunts I did in 'Deewana' 27 years ago. I am going to give it a shot, but this time there's a difference. I will make sure I am wearing a helmet. Always wear a helmet while riding a bike," the actor said.
The proud parents shared the news on their social media accounts and posted photos from the graduation ceremony.
Shah Rukh posted two photographs -- one in which he is seen up, close and personal with Gauri and Suhana, and another monochrome image with his darling daughter Suhana.
"Four years have flown by. Graduating from Ardingly. Last pizza... last train ride... and first step into the real world... school ends... learning doesn't," Shah Rukh posted.

He captioned the monochrome picture with Suhana: "Last day at school. To adding new experiences and colours to your life ahead."
According to Gauri's Instagram page, Suhana laso won a "Russell Cup for exceptional contribution to drama".
Karan Johar, Shweta Bachchan, Manish Malhotra, Sanjay and Maheep Kapoor, Mahira Khan and many others have congratulated Suhana for her achievements.
Gauri interacted with the media at the launch of a book titled "Gravittus Ratna", along with Amruta Fadnavis in Pune.
Asked about the positive and negative effects she experiences in her professional career being Shah Rukh's wife, she said: "I think because of who he (Shah Rukh) is, there are a lot of positives. I only take the positives and I don't take the negatives.
"Even if there are some negatives, I have to brush it aside and the reason is very simple... because he helped me while launching Gauri Khan Designs, so, he is very important to me. Jokes apart, he has done a lot for our family. He is a great father and husband. I have to say that there are only positives being his wife and I would not like to share anything negative."
How does she manage to distance herself from the media glare despite being a superstar's wife?
Gauri said: "I feel that I am leading a very normal life, where I am just another working woman like anyone else. I pick and choose when I want to be in spotlight, which is only connected to my work and when I need to use the media. I feel media is important when you are showcasing your work as people need to know what you are doing. So, I enjoy that part as well."
SRK has worked at effecting change at ground level to build a world that empowers women through Meer Foundation, a philanthropic organisation he named after his father Meer Taj Mohammed Khan. One of the key focus areas has been to support the cause of acid attack survivors.
La Trobe University Vice-Chancellor, Professor John Dewar, said SRK's philanthropic leadership closely aligns with the University's values. "Mr. Khan is a champion of societal change. His efforts to support the equality of women in India reflect La Trobe's values of inclusiveness, equity and social justice."
Shah Rukh added: "I'm proud to be conferred with (a doctorate from) a great University like La Trobe, which has a long-standing relationship with Indian culture and (an) impressive track record in advocating for women's equality.
"I feel truly privileged to receive this Honorary Doctorate and I would like to sincerely thank La Trobe for choosing to recognise my achievements in such a humbling way."
The honour will be conferred upon the actor during his visit to Australia for the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne, where Shah Rukh will be the chief guest. The festival will take place from August 8 to August 17.
Festival Director of the IFFM, Mitu Bhowmick, said they were lucky to have La Trobe as a partner. "The University shares our festival's core values of inclusion, diversity and cultural growth. To be a part of this magnificent celebration of Mr Shah Rukh Khan's amazing work, with La Trobe, is a matter of great joy and pride for the festival."
La Trobe will present Shah Rukh with his Honorary Doctorate on August 9 at its Melbourne campus in Bundoora.
"Happy to hear that so many are enjoying ‘The Lion King'. A special thanks to my co-actors and friends for bringing this film to life in Hindi. Sanjai Mishra, Shreyas Talpade and the amazing Ashish Vidyarthi and Asrani sahib. Thanks for making me and Aryan sound good," Shah Rukh tweeted on Sunday.
"The Lion King" made Rs 13.17 crore business on its opening day in India. It opened across 2,140 screens on July 19 in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
The film is director Jon Favreau's retelling of the 1994 Disney classic of the same name, with photo-realistic, computer-generated animation, and it brings back the adventures of Simba, set to succeed his father Mufasa as King of the Pride Lands.
It narrates the tale of Simba rising to the occasion despite several attempts by his uncle Scar to bring him down.
The star-studded voice cast of the original Hollywood version includes Donald Glover, Beyonce Knowles, Seth Rogen, Alfre Woodard, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Billy Eichner, John Kani and John Oliver. Actor James Earl Jones is also reprising his role of Mufasa from the original.
Back home, the Hindi dubbed version cashes in on Shah Rukh Khan's stardom. SRK has lent his voice to Mufasa in the Hindi version, and his son to Simba.
Few days back, Suhana completed her academics at Ardingly College in UK and is back home. After a long time being away from home, Suhana is spending some quality time with her family. Last week, King Khan SRK and Gauri Khan along with their kids Aryan, AbRam and Suhana flew to Maldives on a small family vacation.

"Saare Jahan Se Aacha" is based on astronaut Rakesh Sharma's life and writer Anjum Rajabali has penned the story of the film.
"In each of these cases, the script was happily embraced by the star and it remained with the star as a matter of commitment. They were committed and keen to do it," the source said.
The insider further said that it is a big film and hence it's taking a lot of time to come together.
"It is happening, it is a big project and it does take a little bit of time as a lot of factors need to be balanced out for it to become possible. We are trying to put everything together."
Speculations were rife that the makers have approached Vicky Kaushal and Ranbir Kapoor for the lead role, but there is no official confirmation yet.
"The film is in the process (of casting) so it becomes difficult to speak about anything. It is not the right time to talk about it as we are in the process of casting," the source said.
The official Twitter account of the university shared a string of photographs of Shah Rukh and excerpts from his speech.
Shah Rukh has said that he has "experienced firsthand the superficiality of social values that place a woman's appearance before her inner worth."
The university's Twitter account also shared his speech, where he said that the "this is not an award for anything the Meer Foundation might have achieved. It is for the courage of every woman who faces the brutality of injustice, inequality and inhumanity."
"On the way to La trobe University.. Thank you for the kind gesture of offering a scholarship to a girl student from India for higher education and supporting the work at Meer Foundation," the 53-year-old actor shared a photograph of himself on twitter with this caption.
SRK has worked at effecting change at ground level to build a world that empowers women through Meer Foundation, a philanthropic organisation he named after his father Meer Taj Mohammed Khan. One of the key focus areas has been to support the cause of acid attack survivors.
Have You Ever Seen Shah Rukh’s Sister Shehnaz Lalaruk?
Yes, the sadness of Shah Rukh has got nothing to do with his recent flop movies. Apart from wife Gauri, two sons Aryan and AbRam and daughter Suhana, another person who is a permanent part of Shah Rukh’s family is his sister Shehnaz Lalaruk. Not many know about her because she prefers to stay away from the limelight and never attends parties or public events.
While throwing light on his sister, the “Zero” actor once said that his sister went into depression after his father Mohammed Khan died due to cancer. At that time the superstar was just 15 years old. Shah Rukh says, "She didn't cry, she didn't say anything, she just fell and hit her head on the ground. And two years, she didn't cry, she didn't speak; she just kept looking into space. It just changed her world, now she's better, but she has got some deficiencies."
Shehnaz Was On Deathbed During DDLJ Shooting
King Khan revealed that during the filming of his one of the most successful movies “Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge” Shehnaz was hospitalized and the doctors had said that she will not survive. The actor took his sister to Switzerland where he was shooting a song of the movie but she has never recovered completely from the shock because his mother also expired 10 years later.
Shenaz could not face the reality of losing her parents which is one reason Shah Rukh developed a sense of detachment, a sense of humor and false bravado that he displays in the public. According to the superstar, “People think it is flamboyant and Bollywood-like, to cover up the sadness affecting my life and me becoming like my sister."
