The Lawyers Association secretary had moved Puri SDJM appealing filing of case against concerned parties over illegal digging and construction activities in the prohibited zone around the 12th-century shrine.
The Orissa High Court on Thursday granted two weeks more time to the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to file affidavit in connection with the construction works near Puri Jagannath temple under the shrine's heritage corridor project.
