SBI has recommend its customers to make use of these initiatives for better banking experience at any place and at any time as per their convenience.
Follow these simple steps to withdraw cash from SBI ATM through the YONO website (without using debit card or SBI YONO app):
1. Visit SBI YONO website- www.sbiyono.sbi and click on 'Login'.
2. Now enter your net banking user ID and password.
3. Now click on 'Login' again.
4. From YONO dashboard you can check your account details and carry out other e-banking related activities.
5. In order to make cardless cash withdrawals, scroll down to the bottom of the page and under the 'my rewards' section, you will see options like YONO Pay, YONO Cash, Bill Pay, Products, Shop, Book & Order. Click on YONO cash option.
6. You will be guided on how much cash can be withdrawn per transaction in one day.
It is to be noted that net banking users can withdraw a minimum of Rs 500 and maximum of Rs 10,000 in a single transaction. However, in a particular day, one can withdraw a maximum of Rs 20,000 from an SBI ATM via the YONO website. Go through the details and click on 'Request YONO Cash'.
7. You can view the balance amount in your savings account. Enter the amount you want to withdraw from the ATM and click on 'Next'.
8. You need to initiate the cash withdrawal through YONO website by mentioning six-digit YONO cash pin for the transaction.
9. Once the process is done, required cash will be dispensed from the ATM.

Dear customer, beware of fake sites- before logging into onlinesbi for making transactions, please ensure that the URL address bar begins with https:// with padlock symbol. Click the padlock to check the Security Certificate. Please notify any unauthorised electronic transaction on 1-800-425-3800/1-800-11-2211 immediately. Longer the time taken to notify, higher would be the risk of loss to you. In case your mobile is deactivated without your request or you get a call in this regard, somebody may be trying to get a duplicate SIM/ steal your credentials like OTP (One time password), confidential details for beneficiary registration etc. Please be cautious.

You have got a special bonus..Remember... Such bogus calls, SMSs and emails are a trap.
Do not share your password/PIN/MPIN/OTP with anyone. Bank never asks for this information.
The bank has also asked all the ‘Onlinesbi’ users to register their mobile number immediately to enjoy uninterrupted Internet Banking services. Internet Banking services will not be accessible to the customers if their mobile number is not updated in the Bank records.
As per RBI advisory, it is mandatory to register your mobile number to avail internet banking services.
• Never open or install any flash player application from unknown sources
• Avoid downloading of apps from third-party app stores or links given in SMSs or emails
• Verify app permissions before installing any app
• Never grant administrative privileges to any application
• If any app is asking for Admin privileges IMMEDIATELY UNINSTALL OR DELETE IT
• Keep mobile OS updated
• Use mobile anti-virus software
Follow these guidelines issued by the SBI:
Ensure the safety of your Credit Card, PIN number, Card expiry date, CVV (security code) by all means. Also, Please do not share your One Time Password (OTP) with anyone. Always get your current contact number updated to ensure receipt of transaction alerts. Whenever you travel abroad, please stay informed about the benefits you can avail in case of card loss or theft, such Card Insurance plans & Emergency Card replacement services.
Be vigilant and check your credit card statements/transaction alert SMS carefully for any suspicious transaction(s). If you ever notice any unsolicited transaction, immediately report the same.
Avail credit cards from institutions that follow national & international standards for secure transactions
Do not hand-over your credit card to people, whom you do not know. When you shop, make sure that the card is not out of your sight and you have collected your card at the end of the transaction. Also, before signing the charge slip, check the amount printed on it.
Keep your Credit Card, CVV and helpline numbers saved with you separately and in case of card loss or theft, immediately inform your card issuer and get the card blocked.
Always log in into your credit card account from a secure computer that is malware free. Make a strong password(combination of Upper case, numbers & special characters) for the online account of your credit card and do not share your password with anyone.
Refrain from responding to correspondences that asks for your Credit Card number, expiry date, CVV or password/OTP details. Banks or your card issuer, will never ask for this information from you. Whenever you get such mails, calls, SMS, etc. bring them to the notice of your card issuer.

Recently, SBI also issued three strict guidelines for its customers to avoid being duped by fraudsters, either in case of cash transactions or online banking. ‘Share your food with everyone, DON’T SHARE YOUR BANK DETAILS WITH ANYONE’- with this message, the SBI has asked the customers to Stop, Think & Act.
