Jain, whose bail was denied in various hearings since May 31, is currently admitted to a city government-run Lok Nayak Jai Prakash (LNJP) hospital, as he complained of medical issues.
The CBI has accused Jain, his wife and other accused, for commission of offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
The Minister was being taken to the ED headquarters when he felt uneasy outside the court and was taken to the hospital.
ED sources said that they would be demanding a five-day extension of remand of the AAP minister.
The ED said that it conducted a search operation on June 6, 2022 at the premises of Jain, his wife and accomplices who had either directly or indirectly assisted him or participated in the processes of money laundering.
Jain, 57, was arrested on May 30 under the criminal sections of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
A single bench of Justice Yogesh Khanna had reserved the order on Friday.
Jain, who was arrested on Monday evening, was produced before Special CBI Court Judge Geetanjali Goel of the Rouse Avenue Court.
Jain was placed under arrest by the ED on Monday evening in connection with the Prevention of Money Laundering case pertaining to disproportionate assets lodged against him and others.
The agency had said last month that assets worth Rs 4.81 crore of Jain's family and companies "beneficially owned and controlled" by him were provisionally attached as part of a money laundering probe against him.
