Amid the ongoing war, Ukraine and Russia held two rounds of talks on February 28 and March 3, and are expected to have the third round of negotations on Monday.
The report went on to say that as Zelensky "tries to stay out of the hands of Russian forces in Kiev", he "travels with encrypted communications equipment, provided by the Americans".
Since the war began, Modi has also spoken to Russian President Vladimir Putin twice during which he urged the latter to give a safe passage to Indian nationals from Kharkiv, Sumy and Odessa.
