Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant were arrested by the NCB on October 3 following a raid on a Goa-bound ship, while the other five were arrested the next day.
The fact is that the co-accused in the case was found in possession of drugs and these three accused (Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha) were accompanying them. The investigation is of prime importance and hence it is useful for both the prosecution and the accused to prove their innocence, the court said.
Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, is among at least 8 youngsters who are now being probed by a special team of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) after it busted an rave party aboard a luxury cruise liner.
