The Tamil Nadu Raj Bhavan has thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for glorifying the long civilisational evolution of 'Bharat' and reflecting her vision of 'Viswa Guru'.
Emphasising on opposing evil practices that divide the society during his 'Mann ki Baat' radio address on Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday invoked Sant Kabir, whose birth anniversary will be observed on June 4.
Modi also said that our democracy is our inspiration, our Constitution is our resolve. "The best representative of this inspiration, this resolution, is our Parliament," he said.
Dedicating it to the nation, PM Modi said that this is not just a complex but a symbol of the aspirations of the 140 crore Indians.
Highlighting the International Museum Expo recently organised in India, PM Modi stated that it showcased the specialties of over 1,200 museums from around the world.
Modi, after inaugurating the new Parliament House along with Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, felicitated the workers and presented them shawls and mementos for their contribution in the making of the new building.
