Family members and fellow fishermen suspect they might have been detained after entering into Bangladesh waters to catch more fish.
The major objective behind this exercise is to strengthen the coastal security in India.
Lack of proper toilets in Odisha’s Paradip has now led to unfortunate conditions. The villagers seem to have found a way to solve the issue by building makeshift toilets with bamboo sticks on top of rivers across town.
After her return on Monday, the gang rape survivor explained her missing out on the TI parade as mental depression. As per her explanation to her father, she said she was subjected to humiliation as a gang rape survivor at her workplace on Saturday and decided to end her life.
The survivor lodged an FIR at Paradip Adarsh police station, sources informed adding that the police have detained one accused in connection with the case.
Chaos erupted in Paradip when school students were refused a ride to school on the school bus on Thursday. The students and their parents held a protest after halting the bus for allegedly not carrying them to school for the last 2 months. As per reports, the bus services which were suspended due to the pandemic were activated two months ago, yet only a few students who had a bus pass were allowed to take the ride.
As per sources, a common friend of the two girls got a call from an unknown number on Tuesday night in which the caller claimed that the duo had gone to Bhubaneswar.
The villagers on Monday as well woke up to the same surprising scene of different species of fishes floating in the water.
