According to OJEE sources, after completion of 1st round admission for 933 MBBS and 37 BDS seats out of the total 1219 seats coming under the State quota, the next phase of counseling will be carried out for 259 seats. Similarly, under the All India quota, admission counseling will be done for 45 seats tomorrow.

The second round of admission process which has already begun will continue till July 30. While publication of revised merit list, choice filling and locking for new and unalloted candidates will be completed by July 28, second round allotment will be will be done on July 29. The provisional admission will be done between July 30 and August 1 at the OJEE Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar.
OJEE sources said that if seats are left over after the 2nd round of admission, process for spot counseling will be conducted between August 4 and 8. The entire admission process will be completed on August 18.
Candidates have been directed to report at the OJEE Cell, Gandamunda in Bhubaneswar for the provisional admission which will be done between July 30 and August 1.
According to OJEE sources, a total of 304 MBBS and BDS seats comprising 259 seats belonging to the State quota will be open for admission in this round.
Candidates selected in this round will have to report at their respective institutions on August 3 while the last date for withdrawal from admission is August 1.
OJEE sources said that if seats are left over after the 2nd round of admission, process for spot counseling will be conducted between August 4 and 8. The entire admission process will be completed on August 18.

In a fresh notification issued by OJEE, it has stated that the admission process will begin from 10:00 AM tomorrow in Bhubaneswar and will continue for three days. As many as 180 seats are vacant in eight medical and two dental colleges.
As per the OJEE notification, Hi-Tech Dental college has the highest number of vacancies (96) followed by Hi-Tech Medical college with 36 seats and SCB Dental college with 27 seats.
