Concerned over inordinate delay by the Odisha government to open paddy procurement centres across the state, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday announced to launch Mandi Chala Abhiyan.

As per the guidelines, once a candidate takes admission in this phase, he/she cannot take CLC to admit elsewhere during this phase.
