Four cases had non-tender firm lymphadenopathy. No secondary complications or sexually transmitted infections were recorded in these cases except for HBV in one case. All the cases were mild and had good recovery.

The patient is a 31-year-old man with no travel history. He has been admitted to the hospital with fever and skin lesions.
