All the five accused involved in the security breach were connected through the 'Bhagat Singh Fan Club' page on Facebook.
The eight personnel were suspended after the lapses were identified at multiple levels.
Meanwhile, Delhi police have arrested five people in this connection while the sixth one is still on the run.
Police said the four were part of a group of six people who planned the incident.
The breach in the security came on the 22nd anniversary of the 2001 Parliament Attack.
