Recently, Student of the Year 2 director Punit Malhotra was at a promotional event of the movie when he was reportedly asked by the media about his opinion on Taimur's entry to Bollywood... To this, Malhotra said, “If we ever make Student Of The Year 10, Taimur will be definitely a part of it.”
The fan base of little Taimur is huge and there is no doubt about his growing popularity. However, father Saif Ali Khan has been raising concerns about the excessive media glare on Taimur and repeatedly urged media to leave the child alone. Mother Kareena also wishes that Taimur leads a normal life as every kid does.
After the huge success of Student of the Year, the makers are ready with the second instalment of the film 'Student of the Year 2'. The second instalment casts Tiger Shroff in the lead role with debutants Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday. Varun Dhawan, Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt will be seen in special appearances in the film.
Student of the Year 2 is expected to hit the silver screens on 10 May 2019.
Donning a matte black, layered gown, the actress looked a vision in black as she strutted on the ramp amid a grand set which looked no less than a castle.
Models walked the ramp wearing occasion wears that were partly inspired by the Victorian era, shimmery evening gowns, jumpsuits, skirts and dresses in solid colours like powder blue, black, brown and green. Floral motifs, 3D floral embellishments, frills and sequins dominated the collection. There was a strong hint of a shine, shimmer and botanical-inspired embroideries. The rubber boots which the designer paired with almost all the outfits were definitely a hit.
"Walking each season again feels very special. Thanks to Lakme I'm getting a chance to strut for the best of the best. This feels more special because of Gauri and Nainika. We embody the power of women. The freedom of what women want, whether it's (about) being married, wanting to work, wanting to make your voice heard," Kareena told reporters here.
Explaining the collection, Gauri said that her collection is "super feminine and glamorous". She said the lineup was inspired by #FreeYourLips - Lakme's beauty statement from the season.
"It's all about lightness and fluidity and freedom to live on your own terms. It's about freedom of expression! You think of a woman that is empowered and that is who the theme #FreeYourLips is inspired from, Gauri told IANS.
She said: "It's all about lightness and fluidity and freedom to live on your own terms. Our collection represents this. You will see how the silhouettes are an ode to the theme this season. It's a mix of a lot of things. Being a finale collection, it's a bigger one."
Ranbir and Alia have been dating for more than two years and rumours of their marriage keep surfacing.
At the Jio MAMI Movie Mela with Star, 2019, Alia was in conversation with Kareena and filmmaker Karan Johar.
When Johar asked Alia if she ever imagined there would be a day she might be Kareena's sister-in-law, the "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" star instead replied, "I'll be the happiest girl in the world!"
To which, Alia responded, "Honestly I never thought about it but I don't want to think about it now also. We will cross that bridge when we come to it."
Johar said whenever and if ever it has to happen, both Kareena and him "will be exceptionally happy and we will be standing there with a thali!"
"I do hope, eventually, whenever you do kind of get into that zone, you will actually handle and treat your career like Kareena has," he added.
To which, Alia said the way Kareena handled her career after marriage was a big learning.
"She has genuinely been an inspiration to me. Earlier there was this thing that if an actress gets married, her career slows down a bit but she totally broke that for all of us," she added.
Both the actors will soon be seen together on screen in "Takht", directed by Johar.
