For the first time, authorities have issued radio frequency identification (RFID) tag to each pilgrim so that his/her movement is monitored for safety and security purposes.
An encounter broke out between terrorists and security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam district on Monday. Police said that the encounter has started at Nowpora-Kherpora, Trubji area of Kulgam.
