SIA sources said these raids were carried out during the night at different locations.
These raids were focused on the network of JeM. Ten persons, who were part of the OGW modules and taking instructions from JeM commanders, have been arrested.
"The module whose members were organised into sub-modules, in the form of verticals, so that in the event of detection of one member the bigger network does not get compromised, have been painstakingly discovered through discreet surveillance in which corroborative intelligence capable of being converted into admissible evidence in court was used to ascertain and confirm the OGW membership of these individuals", sources said.
The SIA was constituted recently to investigate cases connected with militancy and secession.
"One soldier of 44 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) was martyred and two soldiers and a civilian injured during this operation," police said, adding the encounter has ended.
"The slain militants included two Pakistani nationals and a local. The martyred soldier has been identified as Sham Sunder," said a police official.
The injured are being treated in the hospital.
"Three weapons, including one AK, one M16 rifle and one pistol, besides ammunition were recovered from the encounter site," said police spokesman, adding the identification of the dead bodies are being done.
"It is the same group that was wanted for the attack on the police check-post in Rajpora."
A joint team of Army's 44 RR, Special Operations Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir Police and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) cordoned off the village after inputs about the presence of militants there.
As security forces tightened the cordon, the hiding militants fired at them after which a gunfight started there late last evening.
Showkat Ahmad, a civilian, was injured when protesters clashed with the security forces to disrupt the operation against the militants.
Internet services have been suspended in Pulwama district to check the spread of rumours.
"The foreign militants killed in Saturday's operation in the district police lines Pulwama were Abu Saad, Dawood and Al Bakr," a police official said.
"All of them belonged to the JeM."
Eleven persons, including four policemen, four Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) troopers and three terrorists, were killed in the nearly 19-hour-long operation after militants managed to enter the highly guarded complex around 4 a.m. on Saturday.
Washington extended and reiterated its support towards India's right to self-defence against cross-border terrorism under the 1267 Committee of the UN Security Council after the toll in the deadly Jaish attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama on Thursday reached 49.
The suicide attack on a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) convoy carrying troopers towards Srinagar had blown up a bus when an explosive-packed SUV rammed into the paramilitary vehicle, causing the death of some 40 troopers at the spot.
Doval and Bolton have resolved to hold Pakistan to account for its obligations under UN resolutions and to remove all obstacles to designate Azhar as a global terrorist under the UN Security Council Resolution which has already designated JeM as a terror body.
It was China, who has been stonewalling the process. Beijing on Friday indicated it would continue to block India's bid to declare Azhar as an international terrorist even after JeM claimed responsibility for the worst-ever attack in Jammu and Kashmir on security forces since militancy erupted in the state in 1989.
"The two NSAs vowed to work together to ensure that Pakistan cease to be a safe haven for JeM and terrorist groups that target India, the US and others in the region," the External Affairs Ministry statement said.
The conversations took place during a telephone call between Doval and Bolton on Friday evening.
During the conversation, Bolton expressed condolences and outrage over the Pulwama attack by the Pakistan-based terror group.
The American diplomat also offered all assistance to India to bring the perpetrators and sympathisers of the attack promptly to justice.
Doval appreciated the US support.
A private car had exploded in the Banihal area of Ramban district on the Jammu-Srinagar highway on March 30 while a CRPF convoy was moving on the highway. However, no damage or casualty was caused except for minor damage to one of the buses.
Inspector General of Police, Jammu, M.K. Sinha told reporters that the six were arrested during the investigations into the March 30 explosion and were identified as Ph.D scholar Hilal Ahmad Mantoo, Umar Shafi, Aqib Shah and Waseem, all residents of Shopian district, and Shahid Wani and Owais Amin, of Pulwama district.
Police said a letterhead belonging to the Hizbul Mujahideen outfit that was recovered from the wreckage of the exploded car had identified Amin as the militant the outfit had deputed to carry out the attack, which had been jointly planned by it and the Jaish-e-Muhammad.
The IGP said the National Investigation Agency (NIA) will take the case now that the state police had completed its investigations.
The driver of the car had managed to escape after the explosion, which, the police said, occurred prematurely as it could not cause any damage or casualty as was intended by the militants.
A statement issued by the police here said the other slain militant killed in the Bonbazar area gun battle was a Kashmiri, Zeenatul Islam, who belonged to Turkawangam village.
Both slain militants were affiliated to the JeM outfit.
"The slain Jaish commander Munna Lahori was responsible for a car bombing on security force convoy on March 30 in Banihal and another fatal army vehicle blast in Arihal in Pulwama on June 17.
The Defence spokesman said war-like stores including arms, ammunition and materials used in making IEDs were recovered from the slain militants.
In another unrelated incident on Saturday morning, Lance Naik Rajender Singh of 57 Rashtriya Rifles was killed in a ceasefire violation by Pakistan on the Line of Control in Machil sector of Kupwara district.
"Lance Naik Rajender Singh suffered critical injuries in unprovoked Pakistan firing. He was taken to a nearby medical facility, but he succumbed to critical injuries," sources said.
An NIA statement said that it has taken into custody 25-year-old Muzaffar Ahmad Bhat, of Monghama village in Tral area of Pulwama, for being in touch with a Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) terrorist on phone to coordinate the attack.
Bhat, a member of the JeM outfit, was taken into custody from Kot Balwal jail in Jammu where he was detained under the Public Safety Act (PSA) and produced before the special NIA court in Delhi which sent him to the agency's custody for 9 days, the statement said.
The accused was in constant touch on phone from Kot Balwal jail with Pulwama attack's main accused, Wasim Ahmad, since killed by security forces in a gunfight.
Three other accused - Sajad Khan, Tanveer Ahmad and Bilal Mir - have already been arrested by the NIA in the case.
Doval's visit to Jammu and Kashmir assumes significance amid reports that 450 to 500 militants are waiting at different launch pads across the Line of Control (LoC) and International Border on the Pakistan side to sneak into the state.
Reports here said the latest threat issued by JeM against the Prime Minister, Home Minister and the NSA in addition to attacks in 30 Indian cities came up during the security review taken by the NSA.
Sources said the NSA reviewed the over all security situation with the senior officials of the civil administration, police, paramilitary forces, army, state and central intelligence agencies.
"The NSA has expressed satisfaction over the handling of the situation by the security forces while adding that every effort needs to be put in place to ensure that the common man is put to least inconvenience."
"After landline telephone connections were restored across the Valley three weeks back, authorities are likely to take a call on the restoration of mobile phone services in Kashmir. To begin with BSNL post paid mobile services will be restored during the next few days."
"The NSA has been receiving regular feedback on security, law and order, civil supplies, etc. on a daily basis from the state administration. Apprehensions of any major incidence of violence in the aftermath of abrogation of article 370 have turned out to be unfounded."
"Although preventive orders under section 144 are in force across the Valley, no area has been placed under curfew during the last 25 days.
"Area restrictions have, however, been imposed during this period on Fridays at some places to prevent post Friday prayer violence by stone pelters," sources said.
Officials say all hospitals are functioning normally in the Valley as these are well stocked with medicines and surgical equipments to deal with day to day issues.
"Schools up to 10th standard are open although attendance of students in most of these institutions is still not very satisfactory," said an official of the school education department.
Harvesting of apple and paddy crops have started in full swing in the Valley. Trucks carrying apples to outside markets are a common site in Baramulla, Anantnag, Pulwama, Shopian and Kulgam district -- major apple producing districts of Kashmir.
Since the non local labourers left the valley on August 5 when Article 370 was abrogated, Kashmiris are left with little choice other than to fend for themselves in the harvesting season.
Local labour has suddenly become very costly as the Valley harvesting season is short and time bound.
"Last year when non local labourers were available, we engaged them at Rs 350 per labour per day, and this year the local labourers would not even enter the paddy field unless they are promised Rs 350 per day and two time meals," said Ghulam Nabi of Badgam, Kashmir.
The video threatens the Indian government, and says "the way you harassed the Muslims and destroyed their settlements will be avenged".
In the video, a person citing Quran Sharif, can be heard saying: "We have heard a lot of lullabies on peace... now every excuse has gone... it's time to see things 'unrestrained'."
Sources say the video and its contents are Pakistan's attempt to show during Trump's tour that "Kashmiris are angry after the removal of Section 370 and they are carrying out terrorist attacks".
Trump and first lady Melania Trump are scheduled to visit India on February 24-25.
Meanwhile, security agencies have received an input related to the video that a meeting of terrorist groups was held in PoK earlier this month, and officials of ISI and Pakistan Army were also present in that meeting. It was decided in the meeting that Hizbul Mujahideen should be activated.
According to sources, it was also discussed that terrorists operating in Kashmir should be given "more responsibility" instead of Pakistani terrorists.
An order has been issued that Hibzul should take all "responsibilities of terror acts from Lashkar-e-Taiba and JeM.
Attacks are being planned on the police, security forces and common people in urban areas to create fear among Kashmiris, sources said.
Besides, attempts are also being made to carry out major suicide attacks on the convoys and camps of the security forces.
