Vinod Khanna and Dimple Kapadia
When Vinod Khanna and Dimple Kapadia were shooting for the movie Prem Dharam, they were supposed to do a kissing scene. During the shot, Vinod got so involved in the act that he kept on kissing Dimple even when the director asked him to stop. Dimple started yelling and finally, the director stepped in and stopped the actor. Mahesh Bhatt was so embarrassed by this entire incident that he, later on, apologized to Dimple.
Madhuri Dixit and Ranjit
There was a rape scene between Ranjit and Madhuri Dixit in the movie Prem Pratigya. While shooting for the scene Ranjit got so engrossed in the act that he literally started forcing himself on the Bollywood superstar. The ED made this submission while opposing the actor's bail plea in connection with a money laundering case pertaining to Rs 200 crore extortion matter involving multimillionaire conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, an official said on Saturday.
The IANS is in possession of ED documents which confirm that she had deleted data from her cell phone.
"She admitted deleting crucial evidence on her phone and further had told others to delete the evidence which amounts to tampering of evidence. She also tried to flee abroad," the ED has claimed.
The ED said that during the investigation it emerged that Jacqueline enjoyed the proceeds of crime which the main accused (Sukesh Chandrashekhar and Leena Maria Paul) obtained by the route of extortion from Aditi (wife of Shivinder Singh).
Jacqueline had knowledge of the criminal antecedents of the main accused -- Sukash and Leena.
"She not only used and enjoyed the proceeds of crime herself but also shared that with her family members staying abroad while knowing very well that the money and gifts showered by Chandrasekar were nothing but proceeds of crime not earned by him through any genuine source. An amount of Rs 7,12,24,767 had been identified till now as proceed of crime and the same was attached," the ED said.
The ED said that Jacqueline never cooperated with the investigation team, and only when confronted with evidence and statements, she had made disclosure.
Initially, Jacqueline denied that Chandrashekhar had purchased two cars for her parents but on December 12, 2021 she admitted it. She also stated that her sister had received $1,72,913 in her account.
Fernandez was granted interim bail. She has not been given regular bail. The court has extended her interim bail till the next date of hearing.
As her bail was ending today, she appeared before the Patiala House court for the hearing. The court extended interim protection granted to Fernandez till November 10.
On November 10, the court will hear the arguments on her regular bail plea. The scrutiny of the documents will also be done on the date.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had recently filed its second supplementary charge sheet in which Fernandez has been named as an accused.
Fernandez and another Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi had recorded their statements as witnesses in the case. Earlier, fixed deposits worth Rs 7.2 crore belonging to Fernandez were attached by the ED. The ED termed these gifts and properties as proceeds of crime received by the actresses.
In February, the ED had filed its first supplementary prosecution complaint against Pinky Irani, an alleged aide of Chandrashekhar, who introduced him to Bollywood actresses.
It has been alleged in the charge sheet that Pinky Irani used to choose costly gifts for Fernandez and later used to drop it at her house after the payments were made by Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
In December last year, the ED filed the first charge sheet in this matter before the court of Additional Sessions Judge Praveen Singh. Later on, in February, the ED filed a supplementary charge sheet against Irani. Chandrashekhar had spent around Rs 20 crore on different models and Bollywood celebrities. A few had refused to take the gifts from him.
Recently, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had filed its second supplementary charge sheet in the case naming her as an accused.
The Special ED court is all set to take cognisance of the charge sheet.
Jacqueline and another Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi, both had recorded their statements as witnesses in the case. Earlier, the probe agency had attached fixed deposits worth Rs 7.2 crore belonging to Fernandez. It termed the gifts and properties as "proceeds" of crime received by the two actors.
Last December, the ED had filed its first charge sheet in the matter before the court of Additional Sessions Judge Praveen Singh. Later, in February, it filed a supplementary charge-sheet against one Pinky Irani, an alleged aide of Chandrashekhar who introduced him to Fernandez.
As per the charge sheet, Pinky used to choose expensive gifts for Fernandez and drop them at her residence after Chandrashekhar made the payments.
Sukesh has spent around 20 crore on different models and Bollywood celebrities which a few refused to accept.
The ‘Vikrant Rona’ actress will be confronted with the testimonies of Nora Fatehi and Pinky Irani, an aide of Chandrashekhar. Earlier, reports suggested that the actress was highly influenced by the conman and continued to be in his contact even after his crimes were exposed.
If reports are to be believed, she considered Sukesh ‘man of her dreams’ and was even planning to marry him. But, Jacqueline has always had a colourful love life. She reportedly has a history of dating many desirable men in her life.
The actress has been linked to several people.
Let’s take a look:
Sheikh Hassan Bin Rashid Al Khalifa: The prince of Bahrain, tops Jacqueline’s boyfriends' list. The two were rumoured to be dating for a long time before she made her bollywood debut. However, not much has been known about the affair.
Sajid Khan: The controversial director was rumoured to be dating the 'Kick' actress after he roped her in both Housefull and Housefull 2. They were reportedly in a serious relationship and were spotted on various events.
Salman Khan: There were reports of the two being in a close relationship after they spent the lockdown together in Dabanng Khan’s Panvel farmhouse. The two were also loved for their on-screen chemistry in Kick. However, there has been no official confirmation on the same.
Sidharth Malhotra: The Sri Lankan beauty was rumoured to be dating the handsome Sidharth Malhotra. The two appeared together for the first time in ‘Gentleman’ and were loved by audience. Their PDA on social media and the film promotions raised speculations that the two were indeed dating. However, the two remain good friends and have not opened up on their relationship.
Sukesh: Not much has been known about how Jacqueline met Sukesh. But, it is revealed that Sukesh sent expensive gifts to Jacqueline and developed a relationship with her. She knew about his involvement in criminal activities but chose to overlook and indulged in financial transactions with the conman.
Notably, the conman was arrested for allegedly cheating and extorting money from some high-profile people, including former Fortis Healthcare promoter Shivinder Mohan Singh's wife Aditi Singh.
Ranveer Singh
The Bollywood superstar who now is more known for his flamboyant dressing style than for his movies earlier worked as a copywriter in an ad firm before trying his luck in the films.
Ayushmann Khurrana
He started off working at a very young age and appeared on Channel V Popstars and Roadies. The graduate in journalism also briefly tried his hand being an RJ before debuting in Bollywood with Vicky Donor.
Kiara Advani
The Kabir Singh actress used to work as a caretaker cum teacher in the school of her mother before becoming an actress. From changing diapers of toddlers to teaching them the alphabet, the beauty was engaged in all such activities before she came into the film world.
Soha Ali Khan
For Soha fame and name were served on a platter as she is the daughter of Sharmila Tagore and Tiger Pataudi. However, during her young age, Soha was more inclined towards academics and completed her post-graduation from the London School of Economics and even worked at CitiBank and Ford Foundation for some time before debuting with a Bengali movie.
Jacqueline Fernandes
The beauty queen who currently is more in limelight for her association with conman Sukeshkumar is a Mass Communication graduate and worked as a TV reporter. She even hosted various shows on television and won the Miss Sri Lanka beauty pageant before coming to Bollywood.
On Wednesday, the EOW had grilled Jacqueline for over eight hours in connection with the case. As per sources, the EOW has summoned the actress again as it found contradictions in her earlier statements. To clear the contradictions, the EOW had also quizzed another Bollywood personality, Nora Fatehi, and Pinky Irani, an aide of Chandrashekhar, on Thursday.
According to the ED chargesheet, Jacqueline knew about Chandrashekhar's involvement in criminal activities but she chose to overlook them and indulged in financial transactions with the conman.
Chandrashekhar was arrested for allegedly cheating and extorting money from some high-profile people, including former Fortis Healthcare promoter Shivinder Mohan Singh's wife Aditi Singh. Many Bollywood actors and models have been questioned by the Enforcement Directorate for their alleged links with Chandrashekhar.
In April last year, Chandrashekhar was arrested in another money laundering case linked to the 2017 Election Commission bribery case, which allegedly involved a former AIADMK leader, among others.
Recently, Jacqueline was grilled by EOW for over 8 hours and it came to note that the actress had no direct involvement in the money laundering case.
However, sources suggest that Jacqueline was highly influenced by the conman because even after Sukesh's crimes were exposed, she remained in contact with him.
It was earlier revealed that she accepted several expensive gifts from the conman. Though new trouble was mounting for her after the crimes were exposed, she constantly was in touch with him.
Sources also suggest Jacqueline considered 'Sukesh is the man of her dreams' and was even planning to marry him.
Not only Jacqueline, several other actresses and public figures accepted expensive gifts from Sukesh including Nora Fatehi.
However, the Garmi dancer had distanced herself from the conman after suspecting something fishy, informed Ravinder Yadav, EOW.
Meanwhile, another EOW official informed that several co-stars of Jacqueline had warned her to stay away from Sukesh. However, she continued to meet him and accepted expensive gifts.
Nora was earlier grilled by the EOW in connection with the same case in the first week of September.
On Wednesday, Jacqueline reached the EOW office here at around 11 am and her grilling went on till about 8 pm.
According to sources, after grilling Nora on Thursday, the police will decide when to summon Jacqueline again.
On Wednesday, Jacqueline was confronted with another accused in the case, Pinky Irani.
Chandrashekhar was arrested for allegedly cheating and extorting money from some high-profile people, including former Fortis Healthcare promoter Shivinder Mohan Singh's wife Aditi Singh.

In April last year, Chandrashekhar was arrested in a money laundering case linked to the 2017 Election Commission bribery case, which allegedly involved a former AIADMK leader, among others.
Jacqueline had reached the EOW office at around 11 am, but she didn't speak to the media and went straight inside. She was accompanied by her counsels.
The actress was confronted with Pinky Irani, her associate in the matter. The EOW unit had prepared a long list of questions.
"She was asked about her relationship with Chandrashekar, and about the gifts and money she received from the conman. Irani and Fernandez both were confronted together," a source in the EOW said.
She was also asked how much money she and her family members received from Chandrashekar.
"We asked why she was in touch with him even after knowing that Chandrashekar was a conman. Why did she take his help to take her family out of a financial soup," the source said.
Jacqueline reportedly confessed that Chandrashekar did help her family. She also said that a few gifts were returned by her.
Earlier in the first week of September, the EOW officials had recorded the testimony of another Bollywood personality, Nora Fatehi, in connection with the same case.
Chandrashekhar was arrested for allegedly cheating and extorting money from some high-profile people, including former Fortis Healthcare promoter Shivinder Mohan Singh's wife Aditi Singh.

She went inside the EOW office from a back door and was accompanied by her counsels.
The EOW had earlier postponed her questioning on her request and had fixed the matter for Wednesday. Pinky Irani, an associate of Fernandez has also been summoned to join the investigation and both are likely to be grilled together.
Sources in the unit said that they have prepared a long list of questionnaire which will be asked to the actress.
"We will ask her about her relationship with Chandrashekar and the gifts, money which she received from the conman. We might confront Irani and Fernandez," the source said.
There are possibilities that the questioning can go for two or three days. The questions that will be asked to Irani and Fernandez have been prepared by the top officials of the agency to nail the lies of Chandrashekhar.

A senior police officer said that the actress had requested the police to postpone the questioning which was scheduled to take place on Monday. After going through her request, the EOW allowed her move and postponed her questioning.
Now, the EOW will issue her a fresh summon after deciding the next date of her questioning.
"She had written us an email in this respect. She had requested in email to postpone the questionning," the official said.

The actress has rarely been seen publicly in the last few days so, when yesterday she was spotted at Juhu’s Mukteshwar Temple, it triggered a lot of reactions from the netizens,
Jacqueline was spotted in a sky blue Punjabi dress with a matching dupatta covering her head which made many compare her with Rakhi Sawant. A few users said that she now desperately needs the blessings of the Almighty after being named in the money laundering case.
However, there were a few who thought that all this was a drama and that it is time for the audience to watch this drama with popcorn in hand. From netizens saying that Jacqueline is trying to whitewash her image with this visit to a few calling her beautiful, this visit from the Kick actress triggered lots of comments.
Interestingly, a user even questioned why the Bollywood celebrities go to temples when ED or CBI summons them and when it comes to promotions they prefer mosques and churches.
Irrespective of these comments and the visit of Jacky to the temple, the charge sheet will surely put a break to her career, which is already struggling. While she did get a lot of support from Salman Khan, the actress never could reach the peak of her career like Katrina Kaif or Deepika Padukone could in their respective careers.
Despite the fact that the lawyer of the Bollywood actress has said that they have not received any such notifications from the ED regarding naming Jacqueline in the charge sheet, the formalities will soon start and it can lead to her losing a lot of good work.
The ED had confronted Chandrashekar and Jacqueline together last year to bring out the truth in the matter.
The ED first asked both of them to introduce themselves, to which Chandrashekar and Jacqueline told their names.
The second question ED asked was how did they come to know each other. To this, Jacqueline said they had been talking over phone since February 2021, adding that they didn't talk to each other after August last year.
The actress also said that she had met Chandrashekar twice in Chennai in June 2021. Chandrashekar also confirmed that what Jacqueline said was correct.
The third question ED asked Chandrashekar was how did he introduce himself to Jacqueline ?
Chandrashekar said that he told Jacqueline that he was Shekhar. Fernandez said in her reply that Chandrashekar had introduced himself as Shekhar Ratna Vela, claiming to be the owner of Sun TV. He also said that he was the nephew of late politician Jayalalithaa, she said.
The fourth question ED asked was when did they speak for the first time. To this, Jacqueline said that it was in last week of January 2021. However, Chandrashekar said that it was December 2020.
The ED then asked Chandrashekar whether he bought a BMW car for Jacqueline's sister, Geraldine Fernandez. While Jacqueline denied this, Chandrashekar said he couldn't recall.
In the sixth question, the ED asked Chandrashekar whether he bought cars for the parents of Jacqueline in Bahrain?
Chandrashekar again said that he was unable to recall while Jacqueline said that no cars were bought for her family members.
The ED them asked Chandrashekar if he sent money to the bank account of Geraldine Fernandez in the US. Chandrashekar again said he was unable to recall while Jacqueline said that he sent $150,000.
In the eighth question, the ED asked Chandrashekar how much money did he send into the bank account of Jacqueline's brother in Australia?
Here too, Chandrashekar said he didn't know and couldn't recall anything, while Jacqueline said he had sent Rs 15 lakh to her brother's account.
In the ninenth question, the ED asked which mobile application both used to connect with each other? To this, Jacqueline said they used to talk on WhatsApp, which Chandrashekar confirmed.
The ED then asked whether any expensive gifts were exchanged between them?
While Chandrashekar said he couldn't recall, Jacqueline said she received four bags of Gucci, Chanel, Saint Laurent and Dior; two shoes of Louis Vuitton and Louboutin; two outfits of Gucci; perfumes; four cats; a Mini Cooper; two diamond earrings; and a multicoloured diamond bracelet from Chandrashekar.
In the next question, the ED asked Chandrashekar if he gave Rs 15 lakh in cash to Advaita Kala on behalf of Jacqueline? Both Fernandez and Chandrashekar confirmed it.
Jacqueline has been named an accused in the charge sheet.
Jacqueline, and another Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi, both had recorded their statements as witnesses in the case.
Earlier, the probe agency had attached Fernandez's fixed deposits worth Rs 7.2 crore, terming it proceeds of crime.
In February, the ED filed its first supplementary prosecution complaint against Pinky Irani, an alleged aide to Chandrashekhar who introduced him to Bollywood actresses.
Pinky used to choose costly gifts for Jacqueline and later used to drop it at her house after the payments were made by Chandrashekhar, as per the charge sheet.
In December last year, the ED filed the first charge sheet in this matter before the court of Additional Sessions Judge Praveen Singh.
Chandrashekhar spent around 20 crore on providing gifts to different models and Bollywood celebrities, which were refused by few of them.
Jacqueline confessed to have received expensive gifts from Chandrashekhar.
As per excerpt of the charge sheet, Jacqueline said, "Yes, I received expensive gifts from Sukesh. He purchased a horse "Espuela". He also brought a luxirous car for me which I returned."
The ED is likely to file a second supplementary prosecution complaint against the actress before the Patiala House Court on Wednesday.
Jacqueline and Nora Fatehi, also a Bollywood actress, have already recorded their statement as witness in the case.
Earlier, fixed deposits worth Rs 7.2 crore belonging to Jacqueline were attached by the ED.
The probe agency termed these gifts and properties as proceeds of crime received by the actress.
In February, the ED had filed its first supplementary prosecution complaint against Pinky Irani, an alleged aide to Chandrashekhar who introduced him to the actresses.
It was alleged in the charge sheet that Pinky used to choose costly gifts for Jacqueline and later used to drop it at her house after the payments were made by Chandrashekhar.
In December last year, the ED had filed the first charge sheet in this matter before the court of Additional Sessions Judge Praveen Singh.
Chandrashekhar has allegedly spent around 20 crore on different models and Bollywood celebs. A few had refused to take gifts from him.
According to an excerpt from the charge sheet, Jacqueline says she did receive expensive gifts from Sukesh and that he had also purchased a horse "Espuela".
The actress further claimed that he had bought a luxury car for her but she returned it
The federal agency has issued a provisional order under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) for attaching fixed deposits worth Rs 7.12 crore and Rs 15 lakh cash of the 36-year-old actor as it called these funds as "proceeds of crime".
"Sukesh Chandrashekhar had given various gifts worth Rs 5.71 crore to Jacqueline Fernandez from the proceeds of crime generated by criminal activities including extortion."
"Chandrashekhar had put Pinky Irani, his long time associate and co-accused in this case to deliver the said gifts to her," the ED said in a statement.
In addition to these gifts, it said, Chandrashekhar also gave "funds to the tune of USD 1,72,913 (about Rs 1.3 crore as per current exchange rate) and AUD 26740 (approx. Rs 14 lakh) to the close family members of Fernandez out of the proceeds of crime through co-accused Avtar Singh Kochhar, an established and well known international hawala operator."
The agency said its probe found that Chandrashekhar had "delivered cash to the tune of Rs 15 lakh to a script writer on behalf of Fernandez as advance for writing a script of her webseries project."
"This cash amount has also been attached," it said.
Investigation with regards to tracing the remaining proceeds of crime is in progress, the ED added.
Fernandez is a Sri Lankan national and she has been questioned in this case by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) a number of times. She was also stopped by the ED from flying abroad and was directed to join the probe, after she was intercepted at the Mumbai airport in December last year before she could take an international flight.
The actor made her debut in the Hindi film industry in 2009 and her recent release was Hindi movie 'Bachchhan Paandey'.
The ED has alleged that Chandrashekhar used illegal money to purchase gifts for Fernandez which he had extorted by cheating high-profile people including former Fortis Healthcare promoter Shivinder Mohan Singh's wife Aditi Singh. He is alleged to have conned Aditi Singh and her sister by impersonating as the Union home secretary and also as the Law secretary over phone.
ED said its investigation found that a person "was contacting people spoofing calls to dupe them as the numbers reflecting on their phone were from government officers and he claimed to be a government officer offering to help people for a price."
"Adopting this modus operandi, the said person contacted Aditi Singh, wife of Shivinder Mohan Singh, by impersonating himself as Union home secretary, Union law secretary, officer from prime ministers office (PMO) and other junior officials and extorted more than Rs 200 crore from her over a period of 1 year on the pretext of contribution to party funds."
"The said person was conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar who was running his illegal extortion business from central jail in Delhi (Tihar jail) in connivance with jail officials," the ED said.
The actor told the ED, in her statement recorded in August and October last year, that she "received" gifts like three designer bags from Gucci, Chanel, two Gucci outfits for gym wear, a pair of Louis Vuitton shoes, two pairs of diamond earrings and a bracelet of multi-coloured stones and two Hermes bracelets from Chandrashekhar.
Fernandez further said that she returned a Mini Cooper car which she had similarly received.
The agency found in its probe that Chandrashekhar was in "regular contact" with Fernandez since February till he got arrested on August 7 last year (by the Delhi Police).
The ED has arrested a total of 9 people in this case till now including Chandrashekhar, his wife Leena Maria Paul, Pinky Irani and others and has also filed two chargesheets before a Delhi court.

Many of these actresses even crossed paths with smugglers and used their strong, infamous connections to move ahead in their careers.
Mamta Kulkarni and Vicky Goswami
Mamta came from a non-filmi background but still attracted some very good projects from A-listed production houses. She was the lead opposite Salman Khan in Rakesh Roshan-helmed Karan Arjun and Aashutosh Gowarikar’s Baazi opposite Aamir Khan. From her debut movie Tirangaa to Sabse Bada Khiladi with Akshay Kumar, Mamta had all the right things going for her. But her linkup with underworld man Vicky Goswami ruined her career.
Monica Bedi and Abu Salem
Like Mamta, Monica too worked with some big Bollywood stars like Govinda, Suniel Shetty, and Salman Khan. However, she was ousted from the film industry after her linkup with underworld don Abu Salem became news.
Reportedly, Monica was the second-wife of Abu Salem, and the two separated after getting arrested.
Mandakini and Dawood Ibrahim
Mandakini got her dream debut in Bollywood with Raj Kapoor giving her a break as the female lead in Ram Teri Ganga Maili. The movie did a very good business and helped Mandakini get some very good films.
However, her career came to an end after she allegedly got involved with the infamous underworld don Dawood Ibrahim.
Anita Ayoob and Dawood Ibrahim
The Pakistani star who also acted in a few Bollywood movies was linked with Dawood Ibrahim. Reportedly, Dawood’s aid even shot Bollywood producer Javed Siddique because he refused to give Anita a role in his movie.
Sona Mastan and Haji Mastan
Sona was an actress in Bollywood who worked during the 70s and 80s. Even though she was not very popular her resemblance to Madhubala made underworld don Haji Mastan fall in love with her.
She married Mastan and their love story became the plot for a hit Bollywood movie Once Upon a Time in Mumbai starring Ajay Devgn and Kangana Ranaut in the lead.
As per the Enforcement Directorate (ED), Jacqueline has alleged links with the multimillionaire conman who reportedly transferred 'proceeds of crime' to Jacqueline and her siblings.
Some pictures of Jacqueline with the conman are also making rounds on social media platforms. So, the ongoing drama related to the duo has reportedly attracted film makers.
Speculations are rife that some OTT platforms, keen on real-life events, are already planning and have pitched to make a series based on the controversy.
According to IndiaToday, an OTT producer, on request of anonymity, said that 'there is huge interest in the Sukesh vs Jacqueline story and there is a plan to make a fictional account of it'.
"...there is already a beeline of producers discussing how to turn this into either a movie or a web show. A few names are also being discussed on who might play Sukesh and Jacqueline in the project...," India Today quoted an insider as saying.
The ED had earlier filed a charge sheet under PMLA naming few Bollywood actresses as witnesses including Jacqueline Fernandez. The court had taken cognisance of the charge sheet soon after it was filed and had asked the agency to supply the copy to all the accused.
This fake call was made by Chandrasekhar to Shan Muthathil, the makeup artist of Jacqueline Fernandez. Initially Jacqueline was not interested in speaking to Chandrasekhar but after the fake call she started talking to him.
Chandrasekhar gave her a lot of luxury gifts which included Gucci outfits for gym wear, Gucci shoes, Rolex watch, 15 pairs of earrings, 5 Birkin bags, Hermes Bangles and LV bags. He also gave a mini chopper to Jacqueline which she returned.
The charge sheet reads that Sukesh also gifted a BMW car to Geraldine Fernandez, the sister of Jacqueline who is living in the US. As per the chargesheet Sukesh gave around $1,80,000 and a Porche car to the mother of Jacqueline.
However, the actress in her statement recorded before ED officials said that her sister took a loan of $1,50,000 from Chandrasekhar. She also accepted that he transferred around Rs 15 lakh to the account of her brother who lives in Australia.
"I have been speaking to Sukesh since February 2017. In August 2021, he was arrested after which I never met him. He told me that he is the owner of Sun TV and from the political family of Jayalalithaa," Jacqueline told the ED, reads the charge sheet.
The ED filed this charge sheet last week. The court took cognisance of the charge sheet immediately.
As per the ED probe, Chandrasekar has transferred 'proceeds of crime' to Jacqueline and her siblings. Several pictures of Jacqueline and Sukesh Chandrasekar have also surfaced online.

She was asked to appear before the ED team in Delhi. Earlier also, the ED on two occasions have recorded the statement of the actress.
On Sunday, Jacqueline Fernandez was stopped at the Mumbai Airport when she was about to catch a flight for Delhi. Her LOC (look out circular) was recently opened at the request of the ED. The probe agency fears that she might flee abroad. On Sunday, Jacqueline was questioned for hours at the Mumbai airport, after which she was allowed to go.
Jacqueline Fernandez has been asked to join the probe on December 8. An elite team of the probe will record her statement in Delhi.
The ED had on Saturday filed a charge sheet of 7,000 pages against Sukesh and seven others. Jacqueline is so far a witness in the case along with other Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi.
Taking cognisance of the charge sheet soon after it was filed, the court asked the probe agency to supply copies to all the accused.
The next date of hearing in the court is December 13. The ED officials are tight-lipped over the matter. They only said that after questioning, they will decide the future course of action.
Sources have suggested that after Jacqueline, Nora will once be called again to join the probe.
According to the information, Jacqueline was recently quizzed by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with a prevention of money laundering case involving Sukesh Chandrashekhar and seven others.
A highly-placed source said that a LoC (look out circular) was issue against the actress, and the agency had suspected that she might go abroad and hence, they had written a letter to the authority concerned.
The authorities stopped Jacqueline when she arrived at Mumbai airport but later, she was freed. According to sources, she was about to catch a flight to Delhi.
The Enforcement Directorate had on Saturday filed a chargesheet under PMLA act naming few Bollywood actress as a witnesses including Jacqueline. The court had taken cognisance of the charge sheet soon after it was filed and had asked the agency to supply the charge sheet copy to all the accused.A
It is possible that Jacqueline might be called to join the investigation again.
The next date in the charge sheet matter is December 13. The ED officials were tight lipped over the matter.

Jacqueline Fernandez shared some beautiful clicks in a blue bikini which soared the temperature on the internet. The gorgeous actress shared some wonderful pictures that revealed her toned legs, and overall figure which left the fans enticed. The Kick actress was also in the news for shooting with Akshay Kumar for their upcoming venture Ram Setu.
For Janhvi Kapoor fans, this week was a big treat. The actress rocked the green dress of Manish Malhotra for the photoshoot of a leading magazine. She yet again turned muse for Manish for the magazine celebrating Manish Malhotra’s contribution to the world of fashion. Janvhi Kapoor looked absolutely fabulous in the blue sequin dress. Mid-week, the Kapoor sisters-Janhvi, and Khushi posed for some interesting clicks for a photoshoot in the desert and raked up some interesting comments from the netizens.
Sara Ali Khan who last week was in the headlines for her religious trip to Kedarnath with Pilate’s partner -Janvhi turned attention this week for her drool-worthy bikini pictures. The colorful two-piece bikini and the picturesque location made the pictures quite interesting. And as usual, the Kedarnath actress brought smiles with her rhyming caption that is so like Sara.
The example of Thalapathy Vijay and Samantha Ruth Prabhu indicates that no one is above law. Samantha a few days ago filed a case against a few YouTube channels for allegedly streaming malicious content about her. Surprisingly, instead of punishing the YouTube channel owners, Hyderabad’s Kukatpally court instead slammed Sam and schooled the 34-year-old actress in strong words.
The court said that the celebrities share all their personal details on their social media pages and then file for defamation cases. Instead, the court added Samantha should seek an apology from the opponents. Thalapathy Vijay was also slammed by the court in 2012 when he requested an exemption on Entry Tax for his Rolls Royce Ghost car imported from the UK. Rather the court made him pay Rs 1 lakh to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund.
Coming to Bollywood, the Aryan Khan’s arrest was a big surprise to all the members of the Hindi film industry. What has been more shocking is that despite all his name and power Shah Rukh Khan has been unable to get bail for his eldest son despite recruiting the topmost names for the legal process. If the son of Bollywood’s Badshah Khan has to remain in custody for more than 20 days then it does indicate that law is equal for everyone.
Ananya Panday’s chats with Aryan Khan related to drug use have also put her in a soup. She has been called twice for questioning and will again appear on Monday for the same. Importantly, B-town actresses are used to being late and waiting for on the sets. But when she appeared late twice for questioning at the NCB office, Sameer Wankhede lambasted her for getting late which points out that being beautiful, powerful, and famous do not always protect you from the wrath of the law if you are at the wrong end.
Jacqueline Fernandez has been avoiding appearing for questioning in the money laundering case. However, due to persistent pressure and to avoid arrest she finally appeared before the ED and gave her statement. She is being questioned in a 200-crore money laundering case that involves Sukesh Chandrashekhar and his wife Leena Maria Paul. Lawyer of Sukhesh has said that his client was dating the Kick actress which Jacqueline has vehemently denied.
Sukesh has also said that he has gifted a luxurious car to Saki Saki dancer Nora Fatehi which he bought using the extortion money. During her questioning session with ED, Nora said that she was invited by Sukesh and his wife for an event but is not part of the money laundering case.
According to reports, the makers-Mythri Movie Makers are planning to rope in the Dear Comrade star for this mega venture. The movie's first look was released recently that shows Pawan Kalyan holding a chai and megaphone in hand.

A buzz says that Harish Shankar is more in favour of hiring Pooja Hegde as he liked her performances in Gaddalakonda Ganesh and DJDuvvada Jagannadham. But the Mythri Movie Makers have already engaged the dates of Rashoo who had previously worked with the filmmakers. Both Rashmika Mandanna and Pooja Hegde are the hottest actresses in India but the demand for the Mohenjo Daro actress has escalated in the last few years.
Apart from Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh, Pawan Kalyan also has Hari Hara Veera Mallu helmed by Krish in the pipeline. Reportedly two actresses- Bollywood’s Jacqueline Fernandez and Nidhhi Agerwal will feature in this flick. The Sri Lankan beauty won the hearts of millions of South Indian movie watchers with her stunning performance in Prabhas’ Saaho. She grooved with the Baahubali star in a special song Bad Boys.
The Drive actress shot a special song recently with Kiccha Sudeep for the movie Vikranth Rona and was highly appreciated for her glamorous look. Now, it needs to be seen whether her pairing with the Vakeel Saab actor will receive the same response from the audience.
Currently, Jacqueline has very few projects in Bollywood. So, if her stint in the Southern movies becomes successful, she can think of doing more regional flicks in the future.
Talking about the film, Jacqueline stated that, "The team of the film has been very welcoming and every moment that's going into its making has been exciting for me.” The actress also thanked her producers for such a grand poster reveal.
This film is going to be super special and memorable for her. Jacqueline will be seen playing 'Gadang Rakkamma' who runs a tavern in a fictional place. She will also be seen shaking a leg with Kichcha Sudeepa in the film. The multilingual action adventure film will have a 3-D release in 14 languages and 55 countries.
Directed by Anup Bhandari, produced by Jack Manjunath and Shalini Manjunath, 'Vikrant Rona' also stars Nirup Bhandari and Neetha Ashok.

It can be understood that the actor has a massive fan following and sometimes fans do crazy things. But claiming to be one’s wife is hell not acceptable when there is nothing to prove the claims.
As per media reports, the woman tried to break into the actor’s apartment when she was intercepted by the security guards. The guards then reportedly called up the fire brigade instead of police to take her away as she was armed in industrial skewers.

“Race 3” is all set to hit the theaters on this Eid.
Jacqueline was interacting with media after walking the ramp for brand "Jade" on its 10th anniversary along with Kanika Kapoor on Tuesday, here.
Reacting on #MeToo campaign that has gathered momentum in India especially in Bollywood, Jacqueline said, "It's very important to remember that the gender dialogue is a conversation that's a long overdue and let's not limit it to our film industry. It's a dialogue which has been long overdue in our society as well. Unfortunately, the sad truth is sexual predators are all around us."
"They are sometimes in our own household so, we should not deviate from the actual issue which is not entirely about sex but it's about the power struggle. We really have to stick to the issue and be serious about it if we want solutions and if we want to have safe workplace for everyone and for society."
Reacting on #MeToo movement in India, Kanika Kapoor said, "I am very shocked about it. I feel very sad for anybody whoever has gone through any sort of sexual assault or misbehaviour.
"I am really happy that India is becoming a safer place with every passing minute and I really support this movement."
She says that from now on, people will not mess with anybody be it a girl, a boy or a kid.
"I feel the whole confidence of women in our country is growing which is really nice so, kudos to all the girls and boys who are coming up and sharing their stories. This #MeToo movement is absolutely wonderful for our country and for the world. I hope that we all make this country and the world a better place to live," she said.
The #MeToo movement has gained momentum in India after Tanushree Dutta accused veteran actor Nana Patekar of harassment.
Following her revelation, accusations are being levelled against some powerful personalities in politics, media and the entertainment industry including Sajid Khan, Rajat Kapoor, Kailash Kher, Alok Nath, Vikas Bahl, MJ Akbar, Anirban Blah, Ashish Patil, painter Jatin Das, writer Varun Grover, casting director Vicky Sidana, Mukesh Chhabra and among others.

Jacqueline says entertainment is a brutal and unpredictable business where things change every Friday.
Jacqueline, who made her Bollywood debut in 2009 with "Aladin", is now a mainstream commercial actress, thanks to her successful films like "Kick" and "Judwaa 2", and hit franchises like "Houseful" and "Race".
But she says there is "no foolproof formula of success or failure".
"We are living in a cut-throat world and entertainment is a very brutal business where every Friday things change. There is no foolproof formula of success or failure here, but the result gives you the reality check every week," Jacqueline told IANS here.
"At times we get demotivated at so many different levels because everything changes on Friday -- fans, idea and loyalty. When things go right consistently, we tend to forget that it is a very fickle world where we are just a moment away from the opposite side of success," she added.
She feels that the brand of films or products that she endorses are a reflection of who she is in real life.
"When it comes to brand endorsement, I do not promote any brand where I do not believe in the product or the ideology of the brand," said the actress who was honoured by PETA India Awards for Digital Activism.
She also promotes the idea of veganism and "no animal testing" for cosmetic products.
"There were times when I refused to be associated with a brand from where I could have earned a huge amount of money but I knew that I would not use that product. And the fact is that I am very loyal towards my fans. I cannot go and tell my 18 million fans to use something that I do not believe in. I think from the heart."
So, is that coming from the mind of an actress who takes entertainment as a serious business of image-building or from the heart of an artiste?
"You know I think I am yet to reach a point from where I can call myself an artiste because I have to improve a lot on my craft of acting, but I surely understand the mind of an artiste -- which is pure, not calculative or manipulative.
"Yes, there is a risk factor involved in it because, at times, my decision works; at times, it doesn't... but every result teaches me something," replied the former beauty queen.
Jacqueline is playing the character of Jessica and sharing screen space with Salman Khan, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor in "Race 3".
Giving an insight into the thriller, she said: "This is not the continuation of 'Race 2'. It is a different story of a family where the narration has elements of mystery, power struggle, betrayal and suspense.
"Jessica fights hard, her punch is real punch, her gun fight is raw!"
Her character shows the physical strength of a woman in a fight sequence.
"It is great to see that we are getting the opportunity to project ourselves like real fighters and are as strong as our male counterparts. My character fights the way a girl would fight in real life if she is attacked," said Jacqueline.
Where does Jacqueline see herself after five years?
"I cannot predict because things are changing dramatically in the film industry and I am changing as an actor.
"So for me, while every opportunity takes you one step forward, one wrong decision can take you steps backwards, so I do not plan where I will be after five years. I want to go with the flow," she replied.
Directed by Remo D'souza, "Race 3" will release on June 15.
The incident took place on Carter Road on Friday morning. An earlier report said the accident took place on Saturday morning.
The 32-year-actress from Sri Lanka was returning home around 2.45 a.m. from actor Salman Khan's residence after attending a party to celebrate the upcoming film "Race 3".
Her car suffered minor damage but she did not suffer any injury. The police were summoned.
Directed by Remo D'Souza, "Race 3" features Salman, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Jacqueline, Daisy Shah and Saqib Saleem and is likely to be released during Eid.
"I have always believed that fitness and fashion are not destinations, but fun-filled journeys. They are, to me, a way of living, and as such I want my active-wear to reflect my personality and complement my lifestyle," Jacqueline said in a statement.
"Launching Just F, a feminine take on fitness from my perspective, is a big moment for me. I am confident that the brand will meet and exceed the expectations of young women across India, who want to fulfil their fitness requirements without breaking the bank or compromising on style," she added.
Jacqueline has collaborated with Mojostar, which is founded by Anirban Blah and Jiggy George, for Just F -- a female-only fitness and fashion brand.
"Active-wear trends in India are still heavily dominated by the needs of male consumers. Brands in this space still have a primary share from male consumers, leaving gaps in the offering for young Indian women. Just F is our way of giving female consumers, products which cater to their needs and sensibilities," said Abhishek Verma, CEO, Mojostar.
"Inputs and insights from Jacqueline, who is not only a leading Bollywood star but also a style icon and a very vocal promoter of wellness and healthy living, have played a big role in defining the brand identity and product design," he added.
Asked if she feels martial arts needs to be spotlighted in India, Jacqueline told IANS over phone from Mumbai: "I feel all sports should be (spotlighted). Every sport should be given equal importance."
Jacqueline, 32, says the unique part about the second season of the MTV channel's show is that women are a part of the fight league too.
"What's very unique about this as well is the fact that they have really encouraged the women in the sport. They are a part of every single team and they are just as important as every one else. That for me is like a huge achievement," she added.
The "Judwaa 2" actress says she is confident about her team this year.
"Considering the fact that we did very well last year. We played really well. I really have a lot of confidence in the team. We have got some really strong players and our captain Jason Ramesh Solomon is also extremely promising. I am very confident for them this year," she said.
On the acting front, Jacqueline currently has two films in her kitty -- "Race 3" and "Drive".
The film released on Friday, a day before the festival of Dussehra and ahead of the Gandhi Jayanti holiday on Monday.
Starring Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu, it is directed by David Dhawan.
According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film has "pumped oxygen in the lungs of an ailing industry" with its "terrific" first day collections.
Adarsh tweeted that the movie has taken the fourth spot among the top five openers of 2017 so far. "Baahubali 2" (Rs 41 crore), "Tubelight" (Rs 21.15 crore), "Raees" (Rs 20.42 crore) and "Jab Harry Met Sejal" (Rs 15.25 crore) are among the others.
Komal Nahta, another trade expert, said the Dhawans "deliver a hit in 'Judwaa 2'".
"Full of fun, frolic, comedy and humour," he added.
"Judwaa 2" sees Varun bringing back to celluloid the iconic characters Raja and Prem portrayed by Salman Khan in "Judwaa". Jacqueline and Taapsee have stepped into the shoes of Karisma Kapoor and Rambha.
Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, it is presented by Fox Star Studios and Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.
Jacqueline on Friday launched The Body Shop's campaign Forever Against Animal Testing (FAAT), and the brand has pledged to generate 500,000 petitions towards the cause in India.
Talking about it, Jacqueline told the media here: "Animals are such innocent creatures as they don't have a language to communicate with. There is an immense need of pet education and animal welfare to be taught at the school level.
"India is one of the few countries which have banned animal testing, but through this initiative we want ban on animal testing across the world and I feel we should have responsibility towards animals as well."
The campaign aims to get a global ban imposed on cosmetics animal testing on products and ingredients by 2020. It has partnered with NGO Cruelty Free International for the same, and hope to take the matter to the United Nations.
Jacqueline, who is from Sri Lanka, is all for ethical beauty brands.
"It's so important for us, for our skin -- the more natural and organic you go the better it is for the maintenance of your skin," she added.
On the film front, Jacqueline is reportedly playing Karisma Kapoor's part in the remake of 1997 film "Judwaa", in "Judwaa 2". She features in the movie with Varun Dhawan and Taapsee Pannu, who recently completed the shoot of the original film's iconic song "Lift teri band hai".
Asked about the shooting experience, Jacqueline said: "It was a lot of fun to shoot for 'Judwaa 2'. We all went crazy shooting. Recreating the magic of Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor and David Dhawan again on screen, has been a phenomenal journey"
Other than that, Jacqueline has "A Gentleman" and "Drive" in her kitty.
In the KGF Chapter 1, director Prashant Neel kept in mind both the South and Hindi audiences and featured two item songs. Mouni Roy performed on Gali Gali along with Yash in Hindi whereas Southern beauty Tamannah Bhatia danced to Mogam in the same segment for the Tamil viewers.
The makers are planning to go about the same plan this time as well because the last two songs became a rage and managed to attract both Hindi and South audiences. As per the latest buzz, two names that are being considered for the song are the Dilbar girl Nora Fatehi and Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez. However, it is unclear that will there be a single dance number this time or two different lingual songs like the first chapter.

If at all there are going to be two different songs, then the audience will be witness another historic moment with KGF Chapter 2 as Nora and Jacqueline will be working together for the first time as they set the stage on fire with Yash. Songs with the two topmost dancers of the tinsel town are enough to add fire to the already raging craze for KGF.

The Bollywood divas credit their fitness level to their yoga routine. IANS takes a look at the stars who took to yoga and inspired many others to follow suit.
* Kareena Kapoor Khan: It is known that Kareena's fitness journey is a result of yoga, exercise and a strict meal plan. She first stunned one and all with her 'size-zero' look in "Tashan", and continues to set fitness goals with her workout regime. The actress might not be on social media, but images and videos giving a glimpse into how she adds yoga to her regime have surfaced on the social media making one thing clear -- she is super-focused on getting fitter each day.

"Kick" released on Eid 2014, and filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala shared an update about the second instalment of the film.
"It's a nostalgic day today. It's been five years to 'Kick' today and I have started penning down the second instalment. The first draft is concluded," Nadiadwala said.
"The second draft is in its initial stage and I am personally excited for this journey to begin, as much as fans are to witness it. The Devil will return soon," he added.
The film will mark the return of Salman as Devil (Devi Lal Singh), a thief with a purpose. The first part also featured Jacqueline Fernandez, Randeep Hooda and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
"Sajid and his writing team is taking things extremely slow, to ensure that part two lives up to expectations," said a source close to the development.
According to a source, Salman's character in the film is deeply layered, and "there's a lot about him that has been left to explore".
"Devil's character is extremely unpredictable. That is precisely what makes his role unique. Sajid will explore this side of the character in part two," said the source.
The filmmaker is working overtime on the script to ensure the film is ready to kick off next year. Once the script is finalised, the team will go on a recce for location sites.
"The shooting spots will be decided as per the demand of the script. Much like part one, even the sequel will be set in India and abroad."
Apart from Salman, other members of the cast will be decided shortly.
According to rumors, the two came close during the shooting of a video single titled “Befikre” produced by Bhushan Kumar. But now things seem to be taking a shift with the “Baaghi” star showing his inclination to none other than his “Student of the year-2” debutant Ananya Pandey.
Tiger Favors “Woh” From “Pati Patni Aur Woh”
While spilling matters close to his heart on an “Ask Me Anything” session on Instagram, Tiger was asked by one of the fans about his favorite co-star to which he replied,” I like Woh.” The reply was followed by a heart-eyes emoji. Incidentally, Ananya is playing the role of the other woman or “Woh” in her upcoming release “Pati, Patni Aur Woh.”
So it is quite evident that Tiger has a soft corner for Ananya. However, fans were a bit dejected as they expected him to name Disha Patani as his favorite actress. The star daughter of Chunkey Pandey showed this response on her Instagram story and followed it by posting “Major missing” and a heart emoji.
Now, everyone is wondering as to what is cooking between the two stars and where that leaves Disha Patani. Has Tiger Shroff dumped “MS Dhoni-The Untold Story” actress and fueling romance with Ananya?
