BJD Moves Election Commission Alleging Violence By BJP In Dhamnagar Bypoll

Police on Saturday arrested a person on charges of thrashing a person and then forcing him to kneel down on a busy street in Pratap Nagari area of Cuttack city. The accused who is said to be nephew of an influential minister of the state, also happens to be secretary of the Biju Yuva Janata Dal.

The police action came against the minister's nephew following the video of the incident went viral on social media.
