It is good Samaritans who try their best to ensure that animals and birds do not face problems in getting water and food during the scorching heatwave conditions.
According to experts, heat cramps, and heat rashes usually occur during peak hours of the day between 11 am and 3 pm. Hence, all should take precautionary measures during peak hours.
