In January this year, Captain Zoya Agarwal commanded an all-women crew and piloted the longest non-stop commercial flight from San Francisco to Bengaluru in India. Adding another feather to her cap, Captain Zoya has been chosen by the United Nations as its spokesperson from India for Generation Equality. Moreover, the United Nations featured India and Air India on International Youth Day on August 12 to spread awareness among the youth. Speaking to the media, Zoya said that she is hounoured to represent the country as the flag carrier of Air India on UN platform.
