Teachers in Maa Bhairavi school under Kandhamal’s Tudibandha block and Balasore’s Bhogarai were seen distributing matric certificates on road.

Following the survey, CM Naveen Patnaik announced 15-day relief to flood-affected people; and also directed for damage assessment within 7 days of floodwaters receding, and extension of assistance within 15 days.
