Just a few hours of rain has flooded the outdoor ward of the District Headquarters Hospital of Bhadrak.

The areas which are still inundated include the ITO, Rajghat, ISBT, and Mathura Road.
The torrential Yamuna in Delhi swelled to a staggering 208.48 metres Thursday morning, inundating nearby streets and public and private infrastructure, and causing immense hardships to people living in close proximity to the river.

As the last date for admissions into +2 courses near, there is an urgency seen among students to obtain their Matric certificates. However, amid the urgency some surprising visuals emerged from Kandhamal and Balasore where students were seen receiving their matric certificates on roads. Teachers in Maa Bhairavi school under Kandhamal’s Tudibandha block and Balasore’s Bhogarai were seen distributing matric certificates on road.
Meanwhile, farmers have requested the state government to waive off farm loans. Else, they have no other option but to commit suicide.
