A bench of Justices Suresh Kumar Kait and Manoj Jain listed the AAP leader's application seeking protection for further consideration on April 22 when his main petition challenging the summons is fixed for hearing.

The agency stated on Thursday that the court took cognizance of the charge sheet on Tuesday. Besides Karti Chidambaram, Advantage Strategic Consulting Private Limited, Talwandi Sabo Power Limited and others are also named as accused in the money-laundering case.

The revelation comes after Kavitha, the daughter of BRS supremo and former Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao was arrested on March 15 from Hyderabad in the case.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has been interrogating Seashore Group CMD Prashant Das because it is said that the ED is convinced that more assets of Das haven’t been attached as yet.

A luxury car seized by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday during the raids in connection with the chit fund scam in Odisha has become a matter of discussion.

Trouble mounted for BJD's Bhandaripokhari MLA, Prafulla Samal on Tuesday as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) quizzed his son Prayaskanti Samal in connection with the multi-crore Barapada Engineering College land scam case. 

As per reports, the raids are underway at Barbil in Keonjhar, Jharsuguda, Rourkela and Bhubaneswar. Two teams containing more than 20 ED officials arrived in Rourkela from Bhubaneswar and Ranchi at 8am on Friday morning and started the raids.

The senior BJD leader is now under the radar over alleged financial irregularities at Barapada Engineering College in Bhadrak. A team of ED officials is likely to quiz Samal regarding the allegations of financial mismanagement and irregularities.
