In good news for employees, accounting and consulting firm PwC has introduced a new policy to allow its employees to work from home for a lifetime. Recently, in a statement, the consulting firm announced that it will allow its 40,000 US client services employees to work virtually.
The Workforce and Increment Trends survey 2021 conducted by Deloitte revealed that only 40 percent organisations have finalised their return to work strategy. This means that 60% of companies surveyed are yet to devise a return policy.
Recently a survey revealed that on the back of economic recovery and improved confidence, companies will give out at least 8.6 per cent increments to the employees in 2022.
