The family of the deceased had a fight with Satya Kisan and his family members for some reason. Bipin’s family alleged that Kisan's family members beat him with lathis, following which he died.

He along with others was receiving the refreshers’ course training at the Police reserve Ground when he reportedly died. The reason behind his death has not been established. 

According to the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA), a 5.5-magnitude earthquake struck off the Noto Peninsula at 10:54 a.m. (local time) on Wednesday at a depth of 10 km, reports Xinhua news agency.
