The Palghar police have filed a case against Anahita Pundole (55), who was said to be speeding the illfated Mercedes Benz on a bridge over Surya river on the Ahmedabad-Mumbai National Highway.
The last rites of Mistry, 54, who was killed in a road accident in Palghar on Sunday afternoon, shall be performed at the Worli Crematorium at 11 a.m. Tuesday, the family said.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi expressed his condolence on Twitter, describing Mistry as "amongst the brightest business minds of the country".
PM Modi described Mistry's passing away as a "big loss to the world of commerce and industry".
