According to Balochistan Education Minister Mir Naseebullah Marri, the injured were moved to the Kohlu District Headquarters Hospital.
"Twelve people are in critical condition," he told Dawn news.
Marri said that a medical emergency has been imposed at the hospital and medical aid is being provided to the injured people.
"If the condition of the injured worsens, they will be shifted to Multan for medical aid," he added.
Meanwhile, police and other law enforcement agencies have cordoned off the area.
Authorities are trying to ascertain the cause of the blast.
Over 20 crude bombs were reportedly pelted during the act of violence which is said to be fallout of a clash between two warring groups in the village.
While the identity of the injured person is yet to be ascertained, he has been admitted in a nearby hospital for treatment.
According to sources, two groups engaged in a heated argument during celebration of Holi festival at the village today. The scene took an ugly turn and snowballed into a full-fledged clash between the factions.
Soon after the incident, more than 20 bombs were hurled at Danduasipada village sending the locals into a tizzy.
One person who was injured in the incident was immediately rescued and rushed to a nearby government hospital.
Notably, at least 20 bombs were hurled by miscreants in the same village over political vendetta last month before the Panchayat Election.
More details are awaited.
“As of now, our primary focus is to maintain law and order in the area. We are trying to extract a long term solution to this chaos and we are hopeful that both parties will come to a consensus,” he added.
Speaking about the situation on the ground, Collector Samarth Verma said that the ADM had rushed to the spot to hold discussions with the locals. “Though the situation is under control now, we still have put the area under strict watch,” he said.
An eerie silence prevailed at the Nathapur village which saw multiple bombings on Sunday culminating into torching of the houses of the displaced. Many crude-unexploded bombs were seen lying on the ground bearing the signs of what transpired on Saturday night.
As per reports, around 20 houses were gutted in back-to-back bombings at Nathapur village over a government land encroachment dispute on Sunday.
Sources said a group of people allegedly encroached upon a patch of land in 35 Mouza area. However, a local rival faction protested the move leading to disagreements between the two groups.
A victim of the arson said, “Around 500 people of 35 Mouza met at a nearby temple on Sunday and passed a resolution to evict us from our homes. Once they started bombing our homes, we decided to flee this area.”
Similarly, another woman said, “They burnt our homes down to ashes. We want to stay here and the government should make sure that nobody threatens our life or livelihood.”
Based on the footage of the CCTV camera installed near the spot, police have detained the six persons and are interrogating them, sources said.
Reportedly, three bike-borne miscreants intercepted a car near the Chhak and hurled three crude bombs on the vehicle.
Four persons were injured and admitted to the MKCG Medical College and Hospital, while one is stated to be critical now. Among the injured, three have been identified as Sushant Bisoi, Gopi Patra and Rajesh Bisoi.
Accused in the murder case of criminal Chicken Rabi alias Rabi Behera in January, 2010, the four were out on bail recently, sources added.

Sushant had allegedly called Chicken Rabi to his house at Dhepa Sahi street, where the latter was shot down by some of his associates. Chicken Rabi and Sushant were partners and involved in liquor trade but later turned enemies over some issues.
Meanwhile, police along with a scientific team has initiated investigation into the incident. Four live bombs and a bike were also recovered from the crime scene.
According to sources, three persons sustaining critical injuries have been shifted to the MKCG Medical College and Hospital in Berhampur while five others are undergoing treatment at Golanthara Hospital.
On being informed, the Golanthara police rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control.
This apart, adequate police force has been deployed in the village to avoid any untoward incident while a few officials are also trying to resolve the dispute.
Though the two groups were regularly involved in fights, the situation turned grim today after the members of one group attacked the other with sharp weapons and hurled bombs, police sources said.
According to sources, Brahmagiri police today raided Sipakuda village and nabbed 12 persons for orchestrating the violence.
On March 20, tension erupted between both the villages over construction of a jetty on a patch of government land in Kianasi which later intensified into a bloody group clash. 30 persons were injured while dozens of boats damaged in series of bombing incidents.
Fearing arrest, most of the male members of Sipakuda had gone hiding while police had launched a manhunt to trace the mischief mongers.
As locals had been staging road blockade at Khandual chhak, tourists were left disheartened as they had to cancel trip after failing to visit Chilika from Puri side due to the ongoing agitations.
As per reports, his house has been damaged and some bikes at the showroom have been burnt in the incident that occurred at around midnight. Surprisingly, the BJD leader’s house is located only 100 metres away from the Konark police station.
Meanwhile, the Nimapara DSP has reached the spot and begun investigation into the matter. However, preliminary investigation reveals that the bombing is the fallout of past rivalry over tender issues.
The incident was reported from Badaichhapur village of Haripur GP under Jatani police limits of Khurda district.
According to sources, irate over the ongoing land dispute, one Pandav Sethi of the village hurled a bomb towards his elder brother Gangadhar which led to the latter’s death on the spot. The incident happened in full public glare and in presence of Gangadhar's son.
After being informed, police reached the village and have started questioning the locals and family members of the deceased.
The incident is the second murder in Jatani area today. Earlier in the day, one Sabita Swain was allegedly stabbed to death by her nephew Bikash Swain at Ramchandrapur Bazar in Jatani over a family feud.
The two youths, identified as Bihari Biswal of Keshapali panchayat and Sushant Barik of Bhabanipali, are undergoing treatment at Sadar hospital in the district.

"Two persons on an Avenger motorcycle came to us and asked why we lodged an FIR against them. Then they threw a bomb and fled away," said Barik.
"Biswal has received burn injuries on his chest, leg and face. We suspect it as gunpowder injuries," said the attending doctor at the hospital.

The deceased has been identified as Susant Jena of Humuki village under Aska police limits.
According to sources, the incident occurred near Humuki School when Susant was returning home from market when two miscreants came and hurled bombs and then fired at him.
Critically injured, Susant was rescued by the local villagers and rushed to Aska hospital where the doctors declared him dead.
Though the exact reason behind the attack on the two youths is not known, past enmity is suspected to be the cause.
Meanwhile, local police have launched a probe into the matter.
"Previous enmity is suspected to be the reason behind the killing. A case has been registered in this connection and search is on to nab the absconding. Further investigation is on," said a police official.
The incident took place at Sijua here when the couple was travelling in a car to their home at Aiginia area.
The injured, identified as Biswaranjan Swain was admitted to AIIMS. Meanwhile, police reached the spot and launched a manhunt to nab the criminals.
In another incident, two bike-borne miscreants hurled bomb at a hotel in Badambadi area of Cuttack on Sunday night. They immediately fled the spot after committing the crime.
However, no casualty or loss of properties has been reported. The incident has triggered a panic among locals.
Meanwhile, police launched an investigation.
Unidentified miscreants hurled more than 10 crude bombs at Kanti Bazaar under Pipili Tehsil in Puri district.
The assessment of damage inflicted was yet to be ascertained till the latest reports were filed.
The incident was fallout of past rivalry, police said, after conducting an on-spot investigation.
In Cuttack, two bike-borne persons hurled bombs at a hotel in Badambadi area and fled the spot. The reason of bombing was unclear as police have started investigation into the incident.
While two youths were returning home on a bike, some miscreants hurled a bomb at the bikers near Singharpur in Binjharpur of Jajpur district.
The deceased, identified as Abhimanyu Das, succumbed to his injuries at the Jajpur district hospital whereas the person riding pillion is critical and has been shifted to the SCB hospital in Cuttack from the district hospital.
The local police initiated a probe and suspected past enmity or political angle to be the reason behind the bombing.
In Puri, two bike borne miscreants hurled two bombs targeting a cloth store located at the Market Chhak last night. Two staff of the store, who were shutting the shop, got injured in the bombing.
While fleeing the spot, the bike borne miscreants hurled another bomb on the Bagala Dharmasala road which caused injuries to a gupchup vendor.

The Kumbharapada police reached the spot and questioned the shop owner to a get lead in the incident. The police believe extortion could be one of the reasons behind the bomb hurling.
Though the exact reason behind the bomb hurling is not known, past political enmity is suspected to have caused the incident.
Eyewitnesses said five bike-borne miscreants hurled two bombs aiming at the ex-Mayor’s house at around 5 am today and fled the spot. No damage has been reported in the incident.
Meanwhile, officials of the Gosanigaon police station reached the spot and initiated a probe into the matter.
Ex-Mayor Siba Shankar Das, who is currently lodged in Berhampur Circle Jail after his arrest from New Delhi for alleged involvement in several criminal cases during July last year, had contested the last general polls on a BJP ticket from Berhampur seat. He had deserted the BJD and joined the saffron party in 2014.
Das had joined the BJD in 2008 and elected as councillor of the then Berhampur municipality. When Berhampur got municipal corporation tag, he had become the city Mayor.
The injured Mohammad Sajjan has sustained multiple injuries in the bomb attack and is now undergoing treatment at SCB Medical College and Hospital. The incident occurred at around 11:30 pm yesterday.
According to reports, four unidentified miscreants had targeted Sajjan over suspected past enmity and land related dispute. Two crude bombs were lobbed at the house of Sajjan by the miscreants, sources said.
Meanwhile, palpable tension still prevails at Kesharpur as locals torched a motorcycle believed to have been deserted by the miscreants after the bombings.
Two live bombs have also been recovered from the spot while police have started investigation into the incident.
The impact of the explosion was so high that the bikes parked near the boundary wall of the unit were thrown for about 15-20 metres, the investigating officials said.
Fifteen to twenty bombs are suspected to have been used in the incident, they stated after verifying charred remains of the vehicles.
Interestingly the whole incident was captured in the CCTV installed outside the unit. The footage showed four masked assailants after coming in two bikes, hurled bombs at the building of the unit, machines and the vehicles indiscreetly.
Basing on the footage, police have launched a manhunt to nab the culprits.
Dinesh Patel, owner of the unit alleged that some hooligans of the village were demanding Rs 10 lakh extortion money from him to which he rejected.
“It could be the handiwork of those people,” he said.
Less than a fortnight back Dhimachhagadia in the district turned into a battlefield as two groups of people from the village allegedly clashed, hurled bombs and set afire at least 60 houses.
The clashes were reportedly a result of previous enmity between the two groups. While three policemen were injured in the bomb explosion, no injury or casualty was reported in the fire incident.
The incident occurred at 5.30 p.m. after a suicide bomber detonated the vehicle near the targeted police post, locating in a crowded bazaar, spokesman of provincial governor Omar Zwak told Xinhua.
"One police and one civilian were killed while the bomber also died on the spot following the explosion. Among those injured people were 12 police personnel," Zwak said, adding the number of casualties may rise.
"At the time of writing, 20 wounded have been taken to our Surgical Centre in Lashkar Gah due to a car bomb explosion on the bridge towards Bolan, not far from our hospital. And mass-casualty procedures were activated," Emergency Surgical Centre for Victims of War, an international charity, tweeted.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
Earlier on Monday, three Islamic State militants were killed and two Afghan special force soldiers were injured after the militants attacked an intelligence agency training center in national capital of Kabul.

At least 29 people, including a young boy, were injured when the bomb sent a ball of fire on a packed carriage of a District Line train at Parsons Green subway station.
Nobody suffered life-threatening injuries in the incident, the fifth terrorist attack Britain has suffered in less than six months. They are being treated in hospitals mainly for burn injuries.
Condemning the "cowardly" terror attack, May said an improvised explosive device that exploded on a packed Tube train was intended to cause significant harm, according to Sky News.

According to sources, as many as five platoons of police force have been deployed in the area to control the tension from flaring up further.
Earlier on Monday night, tension broke out between two groups of Sarakantara and Raghunathnagar villages under Khandagiri police limits.
As per information, locals of Raghunathnagar had handed over a group of people from Sarakantara to the police after a dispute ensued between the two groups two days ago. However, soon after police released the group last night, they allegedly hurled bombs at some houses of Raghunathnagar and fled the spot.
Irate over the incident, locals of Raghunathnagar staged a road blockade and also scuffled with police personnel. They also ransacked a PCR van.
Sources claimed four police personnel, including Khandagiri IIC, sustained injuries after stones were pelted at them by the mob while they were trying to maintain the law and order situation.
Anticipating further escalation of tension, police have deployed two platoons of force in the region. The police administration has also sealed both ends of the town area.
As per sources, a personal dispute which has now escalated into a major rivalry between groups of two localities in the area. The situation exploded on Wednesday night at around 10 pm when some of them hurled bombs at a car. During the faceoff, at least six rounds of bullets were fired.
A total of 3 persons received injuries during the attack with all of them initially shifted to Kamakhyanagar Hospital and later shifted to Cuttack SCB Medical College. One of them identified as Tophan Patra succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment at the hospital.
While nobody was injured in the incident, a house and a car have been reportedly damaged in the attack.
After being informed about the incident, police reached the village and started a probe into the matter.
Earlier, on January 30, unidentified miscreants hurled bombs at the house of a lawyer Satyakam Mahapatra in the district.
Prior to that, on December 29, 2018, bombs were hurled at the house of a businessman at Ward No-18 in Gurujang area of Khurda.
According to sources, a group of 25 people barged into the nearby colony of the other group and hurled bombs at some houses in the locality. While several houses sustained damages during the incident, cars and some other vehicles were also destroyed in the attack.
On being informed, the Town Police rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control.
Sources said that palpable tension was prevailing in the area over the past few days owing to some dispute related to ‘Dola Melana’ but the situation turned grim yesterday.
Meanwhile, in order to control the law and order, the district administration has deployed adequate number of police personnel in the area.
Interior Ministry spokesman Nusrat Rahimi confirmed the casualties and said the blast, that took place at around 10.40 p.m. on Saturday night, was a suicide bombing, TOLO News reported.
Sources and witnesses said the Shahr-e-Dubai wedding hall, located in police district 6 (PD6), was packed with guests when the explosion happened.
Meanwhile, the Taliban in a statement has rejected any involvement in the attack and said they condemned incidents which target women and children.
Rahimi said the number of casualties might increase.
The deceased has been identified as Gobinda Behera.
Though the exact reason behind the attack was not immediately clear, it is suspected to be fallout of past enmity.
Tension prevailed at the village following the bombing. The police have reached the spot and started an investigation into the matter.

The incident occurred when the work for laying of electric wires through a transmission tower was underway to facilitate power supply to a cement factory.
It is alleged that the incident occurred due to the simmering resentment among farmers who were demanding compensation before laying of the electric wires.

Sources said the miscreants escaped soon after hurling crude bombs at the police team which was supervising the laying of the high-tension electricity wires of the cement company by the OPTC officials.
Though some compensation was paid to farmers, they were demanding more money before allowing the restoration of the electricity supply to the cement company.
Following the incident, senior police officials reached the spot and have begun talks with the agitating villagers.
Meanwhile, the laying of electricity wires has been suspended. Two platoons of police force have been deployed in the area to maintain law and order.
