Odisha Ghasi Bikash Mancha (OGBM), a State-level rights group has resorted to demonstration demanding justice to the family of Gobinda Kumbhar who died under mysterious circumstances during treatment while being under police custody on September 25.

Police excess allegedly led to the death of Gobinda Kumbhar, a resident of Tora village in Odisha's Bargarh district.
