Bollywood actor Atul Kulkarni, of the ‘Rang De Basanti’ fame, has been roped in to play the role of Crime Branch IG Arun Bothra in the upcoming Odia film ‘Patnagarh’ based on the real life wedding gift blast case. It will be Kulkarni's first Odia film.
