The Commission said that the AAP has been nominated as a national party according to its electoral performance in four states namely Delhi, Goa, Punjab and Gujarat. The Arvind Kejriwal-led party is in power in Delhi and Punjab.

While coming out of the court, Chandrashekhar told reporters that truth has prevailed, and it is Kejriwal's turn next.

The ED has alleged in the charge sheet that it was Vijay Nair, who orchestrated this entire scam. Vijay Nair is in jail in the Delhi liquor scam case.

Taking to his Instagram, Vishal shared a video of Kejriwal’s lookalike and wrote, “Arvind Kejriwal selling chat in Gwalior.”

AAP has a long way to go to pose any serious threat to the BJP as a credible alternative. It must have a clear narrative and distinct ideology to achieve any semblance of success at the national level.
