Proper diagnosis and timely treatment by doctors at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar saved a baby who was suffering from the rare disease
The prevalence of long Covid among patients with mild/moderate infection was 23.4% as compared to 62.5% in severe/critical cases. The most common long Covid symptom is fatigue (64.8%) followed by cough (32.4%), the study found.
It is pertinent to mention here that Odisha is witnessing a massive surge in Covid-19 cases for the past couple of weeks. The State has been recording 10,000 plus daily cases since the past many days.
However, the OPDS will remain functional only for online registered patients and all emergency cases
the patients and their relatives have to spend nights on the footpaths stretched up to half kilometers on both the sides of the premier hospital to stand in the long queue in the morning
