The girl was reportedly stuck under large pipes installed at the spot for the construction of the ongoing box drain project in the city.

As per initial reports, the speeding car entered the house after its driver lost control of the steering wheel and skidded off the road on NH-57. The SUV was coming from Charichhak area.
The deceased have been identified as Anchal Sahu, Debashish Nayak and Abhisekh Sar. All the three youths were on their way to Puri when their bike skidded off the road and they were subsequently run over by an unknown vehicle.
Instead of paying them compensation, the woman reportedly alerted the cops. She was later fined Rs 2,500 for careless driving. However, no action was taken against her.
