Chandrika Dixit, aka the ‘Vada Pav’ girl has been eliminated from the popular reality show ‘Bigg Boss OTT 3’, hosted by actor Anil Kapoor. She is the fifth contestant to be eliminated from the show after Neeraj Goyat, Payal Malik, Poulomi Das and Munisha Khatwani.

Before her departure, Chandrika faced intense scrutiny from the show host Anil Kapoor, especially during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode. During her stint in the show, Chandrika faced intense scrutiny for being a ‘hypocrite’ and a ‘man-hater’.

She was also accused of character-assassinating Vishal Pandey. She was even criticised for spreading negativity about Vishal among other contestants. Host Anil Kapoor even questioned her loyalty to her allies in the show.

She also allegedly created false narrative about actor and show contestant Sai Ketan Rao. Most of the time, her personality clashed with others, leading to several conflicts in the Bigg Boss House. However, contestants also appreciated her cooking skills and helpful nature after her exit from the show.

Chandrika rose to fame after selling vada pav and clashing with Delhi Municipal Corporation officials, with many claiming her Vada Pav cart being a publicity stunt. She also hit the headlines after she reportedly earned Rs 40,000 a day by selling Vada Pav in Delhi, which roughly translates to around Rs 12,00,000 per month.
