Kolkata: City football giants Mohun Bagan will be leaving for Guwahati on Thursday to play in the Federation Cup final against Aizawl FC.

The match scheduled for May 21 will kick-off at 7 p.m. at the Indira Gandhi Stadium.

Mohun Bagan qualified for the final after comprehensively beating Shillong Lajong 5-0 on aggregate in a two-legged semi-final.

They won the first leg at home 5-0 and played out a goalless draw in the return leg.

Aizawl beat Sporting Clube de Goa in the semi-final.

Mohun Bagan have won the Federation Cup 13 times, the most by any Indian club. It is the first final for Aizawl who were relegated from the recent I-League.
