According to figures, more than 40,000 fans joined the online queue simultaneously, hoping to secure tickets for the much-anticipated clash.

However, with only 2,000 tickets available for online sale, the demand far exceeded supply. Within minutes, the virtual queue swelled, leaving most fans anxiously waiting with slim hopes of securing a seat. The first T20 International between India and South Africa will be held in Cuttack on 9 December. The second match is scheduled for 11 December at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh PCA Stadium. The series will then move to Dharamsala for the third T20 on 14 December, followed by the fourth T20 at the Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow. The fifth and final match of the series will take place at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on 19th December.
