Chennai: India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and elected to bat against New Zealand in their second cricket World Cup warm-up match at M A Chidambaram Stadium here today.

Sachin Tendulkar will play today`s game for India after skipping the first game against Australia.

Ross Taylor will lead New Zealand instead of regular captain Daniel Vettori.

India: MS Dhoni (C), Virender Sehwag, Sachin Tendulkar, Gautam Gambhir, Virat Kohli, Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Yusuf Pathan, Harbhajan Singh, Piyush Chawla, R Ashwin, Ashish Nehra, Munaf Patel, S Sreesanth and Zaheer Khan.
