ICC T20 World Cup 2026: MS Dhoni pinpoints one factor that could trouble India

India will begin their T20 World Cup 2026 campaign later this week with a clash against the USA at Mumbai’s iconic Wankhede Stadium. According to Dhoni, the team ticks all the right boxes needed for success in T20 cricket, with players who have repeatedly proven themselves in high-stakes matches over a sustained period.

Despite his confidence, Dhoni pointed out one factor that could trouble India in the dew. Recalling his own playing days, he admitted that dew often alters match dynamics, making the toss crucial and conditions unpredictable. He stressed that in neutral conditions, India would emerge victorious more often than not against top teams.
