AirAsia flight makes emergency landing at Bhubaneswar after bird hit

A Pune-bound AirAsia flight made an emergency landing at Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA) in Bhubaneswar after getting hit by a bird.

As per reports, the aircraft made emergency landing soon after take-off from Bhubaneswar.

No major damages were reported following the incident, informed sources. The damage to the aircraft was assessed soon the after the emergency landing.

Later the flight was cleared for take-off after a thorough examination.
