Bhubaneswar: The fourth and last lunar eclipse of the year 2020 will be visible on the last day of November, ie 30th November. This will be a penumbral lunar eclipse and will fall on the auspicious event of Kartik Purnima.
During the penumbral lunar eclipse, the Moon will turn to a darker shade for a few hours. This astronomical event will start at 1:04 PM IST and end at 5:22 PM IST, according to timeanddate.com. The last lunar eclipse will take place tomorrow for a duration of more than four hours. 3.13 pm will be counted as the peak of the eclipse.
During the event, the Moon will be below the horizon for which it will not be visible in India.
The upcoming penumbral lunar eclipse will be visible from several parts of the world including North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Pacific and Atlantic.
