Chennai: India will launch RISAT-2B, a radar imaging earth observation satellite, using Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle-Core Alone (PSLV-CA) variant, on May 22, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) said on Saturday.

According to the space agency, the PSLV rocket will blast off from the first launch pad carrying RISAT-2B at 5.27 a.m. on May 22, subject to weather conditions.
