People across the globe and India, including Odisha, are observing the seventh International Day of Yoga on Monday. But the celebrations have remained subdued due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic restrictions. The International Yoga Day is being observed every year on June 21 since 2015. This year, the theme of the International Day of Yoga is 'Yoga For Wellness', and the focus will be on practicing Yoga for physical and mental well-being.
